  This perfume lasts two hours but smells delicious. I have no hesitation about carrying it in my handbag and reapplying when it starts to fade. In the first hour, the scent feels tropical as its name suggests, and its dry-down highlights the orange blossom. I really like its bottle!

  Vanilla is a factor I usually avoid in perfumes because it can be cloying and overly sweet. Having spent long hours in the office, I would get dizzy, and if it was hot, I couldn’t think clearly. I like the bottle of this perfume, it references a flower, and I love the detail of the cap with ‘Oscar de la Renta’ in black letters on a silver base. Upon testing, it felt so subtle that I thought it was perfect for the office. When applied in the morning, I detected a delicious, penetrating mandarin scent; heading to work, it smelled lovely, although there was a note that irritated my throat and distracted me. As it matured, the irritation faded and I sensed the vanilla, subtle and delicate, without being invasive. I applied it at 7 am and could still smell it at 10 pm. It’s a love-hate relationship: after the initial irritation, it leaves such an elegant and subtle scent that I adore it, but I don’t think it’s very suitable for daytime wear.

  I was drawn to its beautiful packaging. I ordered a tester and it has a truly tropical aroma; you can clearly detect the vanilla, passion fruit, and other flowers and fruits. I don’t feel it’s for summer, but rather for autumn due to its warmth. The creator managed to recreate a tropical garden well; it just needs guava to evoke it 100%. I liked it.

  I’m completely smitten with this perfume. I had low hopes given the low price, but it has been a real hit in terms of scent and longevity. It’s perfect for summer, with a fruity tropical touch and a delicious vanilla base. It’s not cloying at all and is utterly addictive. I’d totally recommend it if you like fruity, sweet, and tropical scents.

  I bought it without testing it because the reviews were good, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The alcohol smell is strong at first and the tropical note vanishes quickly, leaving no time to enjoy it. Only a faint vanilla scent remains that doesn’t evolve and stays right on the skin. No matter how affordable it is, it’s simply not worth it for me.

  I was looking for something tropical and decided to go by the name blindly. It’s exactly what I wanted! It smells sweet and creamy as the name suggests. I don’t find the longevity as poor as others say; on me, it lasts 4 or 5 hours.

  I’m not sure if I just got unlucky with this purchase, but the scent faded away completely in just 15 minutes. 😅
