Although I like the tea leaf scent, this line isn’t my strong point due to the poor performance I get from it. In this new proposal, Eau Florale, besides, I didn’t like the fragrance. It’s white flowers, dominated by lily of the valley, with lots of green tea that smells like air freshener or fabric deodorant. It has moderate projection and lasts about three hours on my skin. It wasn’t for me. Scent 4.5/10, Longevity 3/10, Sillage 6.5/10, Value for money 3.5/10, Versatility 3/10, Packaging 5.5/10. Would I buy it again? I didn’t.
I tried it by chance and loved how soft and simple it is. But what a letdown: after an hour and a half I can barely smell it on my skin; it has all evaporated. I’m not sure I’ll buy it. Edit: I’ve already bought it and I don’t think I’ll repeat, it’s too much money for what it is, even if it’s not excessively expensive.
This is the sweetest White Tea by Elizabeth Arden. It’s not vanilla or caramel, but a hidden sweetness behind freshly cut green buds. It’s a simple, fresh and calming toilet water, perfect to spray after a shower, for a coffee with friends, shopping or meetings without drawing attention. I bought the 30ml and when it’s finished, I’ll buy the larger size.
I’d been searching for something fresh, clean, soft and pretty, ideal for summer or everyday wear. I bought the small one to test the longevity, and ooh, what a letdown: it lasts nothing and is barely noticeable on clothes. That’s why I won’t be buying it again, what a shame.
