It’s pretty, fresh and floral; it opens with a lilac note I love, and at the end it has the DNA of the original. The problem is that it lasts barely a moment: after an hour there’s nothing left, not on clothes, let alone on skin. A pity, because it’s pretty.

I’d been searching for a lilac perfume I’d fall in love with and that was also versatile enough for everyday wear. I saw this one on offer and decided to buy it blind after seeing its notes and because the price was really good. What a marvel when I first smelled it on my wrist! The lilacs are delicate, fresh, relaxing, and at the same time have a softly sweet base – from the wisteria and the tonka bean, I suppose… It’s one of those scents that make me smile when I apply it and smell it on myself. It conveys calm, peace, cleanliness and sweetness. A very lovely perfume.

It’s beautiful. Cheerful and luminous at the top, and elegant throughout. Its aroma lasts for hours and hours. A wardrobe staple, perfect for any occasion. I don’t recognise the original White Tea in it, but that one never appealed to me. This was love at first smell, though.
