Descripción

Lazy Sunday Morning by Maison Martin Margiela is a musky floral woody fragrance for men and women. Launched in 2013, this composition was created by perfumer Louise Turner. Upon release, aldehydes, lily of the valley and pear provide a fresh and luminous opening. The heart reveals floral elegance with rose, iris and orange blossom, while the base settles on white musk, ambrette musk and Indonesian patchouli leaves, closing the structure with warmth and persistence.

  • It’s like freshly sun-dried sheets: you gather the laundry make the bed and head off for a siesta. After five hours only the vetiver remains which I don’t particularly like but it’s my perfect fragrance for weekend breakfasts or holidays.

  • Smells like liquid Suavitel that laundry detergent that leaves everything super clean and pleasant but nothing more than that.

Clean scent, very much in the Narciso Rodríguez style. What I feel most on my skin is the musk and the aldehydes to a lesser extent. It doesn’t stand out for anything special, but it’s surely to the taste of lovers of soapy scents.

This house has the luck of recreating realism in every bottle what a pity that for the price they don’t last long on the skin although they are very fine and delicate fragrances. I liked it but not that much: it’s musky and at times disappears completely; when it moves you can feel that low aldehyde with the lily.

  • This house has the gift of recreating realism in every bottle, pity that due to the price they don’t last long on the skin, although they are very fine and delicate fragrances. I liked this and didn’t like it; it’s musky and more musky, at times it disappears completely, and when you move, you feel that base aldehyde with the lily.

  • I find no resemblance to ANY NARCISO; I don’t know why people make those comparisons without owning the perfumes and smelling them one by one. I owned almost the entire line of Narciso in the elongated bottles and sold them off because I can’t stand their sharp, harassing musk that clouds my sense of smell; to me, they are nothing but outrageous musk. However, I keep ‘Lazy Sunday Morning’ because its musk doesn’t overwhelm me and it smells fresh, just like freshly laundered white sheets, a white, clean, and fresh scent.

To me, clean scents are something else entirely. On my skin, this smells of citrus and rose, especially the orange blossom, so much so that it makes my mouth water. I don’t detect the other notes. It reminds me of something vintage, but I haven’t quite pinned it down yet. It smells good, but it’s not for me; I’m not sure if it’s the ambrette; it doesn’t feel comfortable or smell like fresh white sheets to me. That said, after eight hours when it dries down, it’s delicious, leaving the musk without losing the orange blossom, but more talcum-like.

  • It’s very similar to Pleasure by Estée Lauder, but without that metallic note that bothered me in the original. It’s excellent for days when we want to rest from so much vanilla and sweetness. Just as its name suggests. 👏👏👏👏

  • It’s very similar to Estée Lauder’s Pleasure but without that metallic note that put me off the other one. Ideal for days when you want a break from so much vanilla and sweet scents. It lives up to its name exactly.

  • 100% vibe of soft, clean white sheets on a comfortable bed with the window open to let in fresh air on a sunny morning 🤍

  • 100 vibe of soft clean white sheets on a comfortable double bed with the window open letting fresh air in on a sunny morning.

  • It doesn’t evoke a Sunday morning with clean sheets to me; I see it as just another floral. In fact, what I smell most is rose, which isn’t my favourite note. I wouldn’t wear it, although if you like florals or pink scents, you’ll adore it.

  • EaudeParfum

Fresh and soft, but it fades quickly on my skin; it would work better in spring or paired with the range’s body cream. What I notice most is the lily, which brings back memories of an old perfume from the Jane Austen Centre. I like it, but next time I’ll try the Body Lotion to see if it lasts longer.

I like the scent; it is fresh, just as it should be. I would recommend it more for spring; the performance is low at first, though it is also good to use bath soaps to regulate the pH. This is my recommendation, but it is exquisite. Although in my tolerance to florals I see it as more of a lady’s scent, it is very rich.

  • I was eagerly awaiting it; if Idylle and Fashionable London from Zara are similar, I find no resemblance with Narciso’s. I loved the fragrance, but for the price I was very disappointed by the sillage and skin persistence. I bought the discovery set and was quite disappointed with the brand in general. In Argentina, these perfumes do not arrive, and an eager person waits to get close to renowned niche houses, but I was very disappointed. I have bottles left untried, but unfortunately, the scent is not the only thing that matters, because spending on a perfume with the longevity of a body splash makes no sense.

  • White floral musk with hints of rose. It is nice, not bad, but for the price the sillage and longevity are lacking. There are perfumes with similar scents at half the price.

Beautiful, soft, delicate, clean, and addictive in a non-carnal way; it makes me think of a woman wrapped in fine white or light blue silk, walking through a garden or forest with heavy mist, or naked between white sheets. Paradoxically, it seems perfect for work, study, or being in public, especially in enclosed spaces where you do not wish to invade. It is the kind of scent that does not bother anyone; it is charming, anyone would say you smell deliciously clean and of fresh flowers, but many would not attribute it to a perfume. The downside is that the longevity and sillage are very poor, which is a shame.

Beautiful soft delicate and clean. It makes me feel like a woman wrapped in fine white or pale blue silk walking through a misty garden or amongst white sheets. It’s perfect for working or studying in enclosed spaces without being intrusive; no one is bothered and it smells deliciously clean and of fresh flowers even if many don’t notice it as a perfume. The downside is that longevity and sillage are very poor what a pity.

  • Mitsudeveraux

It is rich, clean, and fresh, ideal for going out for breakfast on any day; the name is very apt. However, it is a flat aroma that is not worth the cost and can be found in other more convenient options.

  • melissavargasmarquez

Very pleasant, but not dazzling, certainly not for the price. It smells of soapy, powdery flowers. To me, it is totally feminine.

  • gato.disociado

Pleasant, but very soft, with disappointing projection and longevity. Clean but unobtrusive. It has been some time since I had the sample and I do not recall it precisely. There are better options available.

  • I tested the perfume in a perfumery and bought the bottle. It’s a feminine fresh velvety soft and easy-to-wear scent. Ethereal and delicate it reminds me of a soft violet shade. Ta-da! That rose brings to mind my dear ‘Quizás… Quizás… Quizás…’ by Loewe which I had in EDT years ago back around 2010. This one has more presence but the behaviour of the rose on my skin is similar. I love the iris in this composition. Everything in this Pérez Mañana de Domingo is light subtle and gives the impression of half-closed eyes smelling soft flowers. It’s a scent of sighs and rest or a tranquil walk with a fresh breeze. Longevity on me is optimal and projection is for personal enjoyment. It has no greater pretensions considering this collection evokes intimate personal moments linked to specific places and dates.

  • I tried it in-store and took the bottle home. It is feminine, fresh, velvety, soft, and easy to wear. Ethereal and delicate, it reminds me of a soft violet tone… Wait! That rose makes me think of my ‘Perhaps… Perhaps… Perhaps…’ from Loewe from years ago. This one has more presence, but the rose behaves the same on my skin. I love the iris. Everything in Perezosa Mañana de Domingo is subtle; it gives the sensation of half-closed eyes smelling soft flowers, of a sigh and rest, or a walk with a fresh breeze. The longevity is optimal and the projection is for personal enjoyment only. It has no pretensions, as this collection evokes intimate moments tied to places and dates.

  • It smells clean, but not the common kind; rather, a dark, deep clean, reminiscent of my grandmother’s house with the scent of the wooden floorboards and dampness, that enclosed air, with those white curtains and closed windows letting in just a faint light. It brings back memories of a Sunday morning sharing lunch. It is a nostalgic aroma; I don’t know when I would want to smell like this, perhaps on a Sunday walking under a soft sun looking for a quiet spot to eat.
