I used the classic XS a lot and didn’t notice major changes with the 2018 version. Perhaps it’s a little less complex to adapt to new trends, but its soul is still there, that herbal note of the classic. I think it’s a marketing strategy to put classics at the top, as One Million and Invictus are very saturated. In my opinion, Paco Rabanne should stop with the flankers and create new things; they remain very stuck in the past, although one must recognise that their entire history has created magnificent fragrances.

I have the 2018 batch and, frankly, it has lost almost everything except the name. It’s disappointing and I wouldn’t buy it again because it’s a waste of money; it doesn’t even last an hour on clothes. I know it’s genuine, so it’s not a fake. There are others that cost half the price and are better. It’s a pity it was my favourite; I don’t know whether it’s the reformulation or Puig’s reputation for messing things up that’s to blame. A sad but real situation.

I wore this for quite some time and it smells exactly like the original, but the longevity has been completely ruined. From the very first spray, you can tell it won’t last: on skin it’s not even an hour, and on clothes just a bit more. What a shame they’ve ruined such a good fragrance.

  • I had the previous 2011 version and it was a very masculine, brash fragrance, with that 90s touch well marked. Very good longevity and projection back then; this is the distant shadow of what the previous one was. Anyway, it remains a pleasant scent for the nose.

That Antonio Puig house, every perfume they release is a disaster. What a disgusting range of perfumes they launch to the market; the inspirations from my neighbourhood smell better.

Nothing special. I was looking for a scent that reminded me of the classic XS and it doesn’t have it. It doesn’t last long and the aroma isn’t what I expected.

  • At first it smells of lots of mint with bergamot, like a fresh breath with a slight touch of talcum powder. It’s quite masculine, not elegant, but rather casual or for a very relaxed date. I like the scent a lot; it suits young adults better. It doesn’t have much personality, but it’s so pleasant that you don’t miss it.

This perfume shows that there are fragrances that smell good on blotting paper but not the same on skin. On blotting paper, I found it fresh and pleasant, even considered buying it, but oh! when I tested it on my skin… what a horrible smell, too green and grating. What I appreciate most is the rosemary, juniper berries, geranium and oakmoss. It’s potent, two sprays fill a room, but honestly, it’s not for me. Perfect for spring and day!

Hello, straight to the point. For me, at 15, it was a very blind purchase. I based myself on reviews here thinking it was for sixth form, but it’s more for university. I feel it’s for young old money 20-year-olds, like Luismi fans. At first, the green, citrus notes with that foamy metallic touch are noticeable. Then it opens with coriander and fences; the rest is barely noticeable at ground level. Conclusion: think before you buy if you’re in sixth form. It’s very good for those hot days with six sprays daily. In summary, it meets the 3 Bs: good, beautiful and cheap for uni kids.

Right to the point. For me, at 15, it was a blind buy. I based my decision on reviews here, thinking it was for high school youth, but it’s more for university. My apologies to young ‘old money’ 20-year-olds, the Luismi boys type. At first, the green notes are noticeable, that citrus combination embraced by that foamy metallic note. Then it opens with coriander and fences; I can’t smell the rest if you sniff it close. In summary: high school friends, think before you buy. It’s very good for them, not so much for others. I use it as my signature scent to freshen up with six sprays daily in this heat. A perfume that meets the 3 Bs: good, beautiful and cheap for uni lads.

  • The 2018 XS version is very similar to Creed’s Himalaya. I own both; Himalaya is a bit more citrusy, but essentially they are the same, sharing that metallic touch. I think it’s worth buying this XS for its price compared to Creed. It lasts well on skin, perhaps without much projection, but it lasts around 6 hours. Nothing sweet, wild, green, metallic… very 90s style.

  • Pleasant, clean, fresh, green and rich aroma, with a very slight woody touch. It’s versatile for spring, summer and even autumn sometimes. I use it for outdoor gatherings or informal situations, and also for study to smell fresh. It goes well for any age. Scent: 8, Longevity: 6.4, Projection: 4.7, Price: 7, Value: 5, Rating: 6.2.

  • It’s not a fragrance that stands out in any way; quite fleeting. It doesn’t bother, but you won’t be getting compliments either. I picked it up at a good price, which is why it’s worth it. It gives an impression of neatness if you wear the right clothes. Going crazy? No, it’s not essential for your collection, it can easily go unnoticed, quite casual.

  • It’s not a fragrance that stands out in any way; it’s quite fleeting. While it doesn’t bother anyone, don’t expect compliments. I got it at a very good price, so only for that is it worth having. It gives a sense of tidiness (proper attire). Is it worth going crazy over? No, nor is it very necessary in the collection. It can go unnoticed, quite casual.
