I think I was one of the lucky few to own this fragrance: classic yet sparkling notes of coriander and yuzu. It’s rich, sitting in a similar vein to Jaguar Performance. The bergamot and cypress resinous notes are delightful, lifting your spirits and energising the start of the day. Later, the woods and coriander really come through. I only managed to get some samples, but it’s a summer scent, perfect for showing off the freshness of just out of the shower with a good shave.
The opening is quite sparkly with lemon and bergamot, which then give way to yuzu, coriander and green notes. After two hours, the pepper is quite noticeable. By four hours, the cypress begins to emerge, timidly in my opinion, alongside indistinct woody notes. Perhaps the pepper on my skin continues to overshadow the middle notes. At eight hours, there are indistinct woods and a touch of sandalwood. By twelve hours, it’s a soft amber with residual woods. Using the entire sample (1.2 ml), it lasted over twelve hours with a moderate trail that quickly drops to weak and stays that way. It’s quite discreet, a timid woody scent, greener, ideal for spring and daytime wear.
