Brutal scent and otherworldly longevity. It’s a pain that it smells identical to Loewe Esencia but at a fraction of the price, especially after I emptied a bottle of the original. Anyway, Jaguar is a brilliant proposal and a little-known edition of a fragrance that already triumphed under another brand.
To me, it smells only of woods and herbs, a classic without any creative spark. I’d recommend it to those over 45 who favour a traditional style; it has luxurious longevity and projection with good quality, but honestly, I would never wear it myself.
I wore it for two summers and it’s one of the most masculine fragrances in its wood-spice family. It opens fresh with citrus, promising a pyramid that resolves into very noticeable green and kitchen spices. It’s not overpowered, and at the heart, it reveals an almost metallic green note that is surprising. The trail is moderate but perceptible, with acceptable longevity. Perhaps it’s discontinued, but if not, I recommend it for summer evenings and nights: it’s versatile, relaxed, sporty and very wearable, giving a relaxed and sexy feel until it settles into that incredible enduring green note.
I bought this juice blind based on forum recommendations and it smells very nice. It gives me the impression of being fresh but with a touch of talc; I’m not sure if I just can’t decipher the components. What a lack of longevity it has on my skin! It’s hot here, so perhaps it performs better in cooler seasons. Cheers.
