For me, it’s a simple, linear fragrance centred on a decent-quality white musk with average performance. It’s a clean musk, without any animalic notes to my nose, with a slight, pleasant sweetness that feels almost edible, coming from the floral notes—I specifically detect the scent of the Madonna lily. Like all musks, it evokes innocence, candour, and a maternal embrace. It makes me feel good and I enjoy wearing it, although I generally tend to opt for more impactful perfumes. Its trail is moderate-soft and lasts around six hours on my skin. There are cheaper options in this fragrance category, but some barely last while others dive heavily into the more animalic, dirty, and/or carnal aspects of musks. This, however, is a composition I’d categorise as pretty and could appeal to many people, even those who shy away from musky scents. I’ve worn it in work situations and find it perfect for that context because it’s absolutely not intrusive. I’m not sure if I’d buy it because, despite the positives, it’s not really the type of fragrance I’m inclined towards, but I can recognise its beauty.
