It’s one of the richest scents I’ve tried from Adopt (my favourite), without those negative nuances found in other fragrances from the brand. It’s a pleasant, clean, fresh and slightly acidic perfume. The opening is citrusy with a sweet bergamot, leaning more towards orange than tangerine, reminiscent of old-fashioned lemon and orange slice candies. Within minutes, red berries emerge—fruity and acidic—accompanied by a subtle green freshness and a clean floral note, like shampoo. As it dries down, peach and flowers appear, keeping the acidity low and the musk that evokes cleanliness. The projection is medium; it’s not huge but enough to envelop you in freshness and something lovely; it projects well and that’s it. I think many people would enjoy it; it’s light, not sharp; the sweetness is like a little candy that accompanies without overpowering, and the flowers aren’t heavy because they blend with fruits that don’t smell like supermarket body mist. It’s marketed as unisex, but I perceive it as highly feminine; everyone should wear what makes them happy. I would buy it again unless I find something similar with better longevity.
