Smells of fruity caramel and amber, but in my opinion it’s too feminine and youthful. It leaves JP Gaultier’s Ultra-male feeling like a silver-backed tomcat scent. It has as much tobacco as Creed Aventus’s leather. The lads smoke lacquer. The best part is the price. Let’s not be stupid… it’s Arab.

  2. I absolutely love it; it’s rare they don’t mention it given how good it smells. I prefer it to Hercules by Alhambra. It has excellent value for money; Armaf really gets it right, although my favourite is Niche Oud (which is hard to come by).

  3. I love it; it’s curious that people don’t talk much about how good it is. I like it more than Alhambra’s Hercules. Excellent price-to-quality ratio. Armaf has great hits; my favourite is Niche Oud (hard to get).

Jerry7474, in response to your mention of me, I think you’re swinging a bit too much. I didn’t say that those who claim it smells of chocolate haven’t seen it; I meant that the chocolate scent is more like sweet tobacco, though, of course, for some, sweet tobacco is associated with chocolate. I’m not going to enter into polemics or argue who has the bigger ego, but don’t put words in my mouth that I didn’t say. That said, I maintain that those who say it smells of chocolate have never seen it; the sweet tobacco, yes, I reiterate, types like Herod, Pulse of the Night, etc.

  5. Radical Brown Armaf Part 2: I’m writing about this fragrance again. When I used it the first time, I said it seemed to have a sweetness like chocolate, it gave me that impression; I also commented that its performance was very poor. I’ve used it again to check if I still think the same. It still gives me that impression, like chocolate, or as Alejandro84 says, like a brownie, and now I’ve rediscovered its scent, and it seemed very good to me. Now I could really take it in, and it’s certainly a pure-blooded gourmand, a lovely perfume where night and cold climates unite radically in a captivating scent. As for its performance, it has improved a lot regarding its longevity; I still perceive it, and it’s already been more than 8 hours. Its projection is still somewhat discreet but perceptible for a period of 2 hours. The user who preceded me mentions that there’s no chocolate, that we haven’t even seen it, nor do we know it, only by hearsay. In response to his comment, I say: Yes, I know chocolate, I’ve eaten it for many years of my life, I’ve smelled it countless times, and just to clarify, I never mentioned that this perfume smelled of chocolate; I said I felt a sweetness like chocolate, and I stand by it, it still gives me that impression. I just want to mention, independently of the different opinions on this perfume, that there are ways to express ourselves without being rude or aggressive. Good manners, respect, and good etiquette turn disagreements into good coexistence. Thanks for reading. Scent: 10. Projection: 2 Hours. Longevity: 8 Hours. Recommended.

  6. Chocolate??? Chocolate isn’t even in the picture. It’s based on tobacco, like Herod or Pulse of the Night, but it’s not an obvious clone. I had a 2020 batch which performed well, but compared to the other two I mentioned, it seemed too similar in style… but to repeat, chocolate isn’t even on the radar.

It’s a very lovely perfume, and smelling it as its name suggests, it smells like a brownie. A rather sweet chocolate that sits very well on the skin. Different perfume? Yes, rich scent? Yes. The bad thing is its poor trail and duration; if they changed that, it would be a fantastic perfume. In fact, I have to combine it with Hugo Boss Private Accord, and it becomes a beautiful perfume.

  9. Radical Brown Armaf: Finally, it has arrived. The scent is good, in the line of perfumes like Hugo Boss The Scent Absolute or Marly’s Herod; it is undoubtedly a rich scent, warm due to the amber and that sweetness, not cloying like chocolate. The tobacco is fine and subtle; it’s a scent for winter or cool nights, for personal or intimate enjoyment, very close to your partner, because frankly, its trail doesn’t even reach moderate; it’s weak. 2 sprays on the wrist, and yet you have to bring the nose close to perceive it; it barely leaves a trail. Scent: 9.0. Projection: 5 out of 10. Longevity: Max. 6 hours.

  10. Another great hit from Armaf. An exquisite spiced oriental, worked with great care, and in my judgement, a safe purchase. In the line of Marly Parfums’ Herod, it could pass as a hybrid between Bvlgari Black Orient and Guerlain L’Idéal Homme EDP. Perfectly unisex, it has a duration of 6 to 8 hours with a moderate projection.
