It’s pure sports cologne; it smells exactly like its shampoo straight out of the shower. I use it to scent rooms because if I wear it myself, I have to spray it twenty times and it’s gone after three hours. It’s more for indoors and staying at home.

I’ve used it a lot and yes, it’s a fragrance for staying fresh or using while doing sports or after the gym. Its longevity and trail are very poor, but for the price it seems reasonable, especially considering the Adidas segment. Obviously, it’s not intended for a social outing or formal event; I would never buy it again, but honestly, I don’t consider it bad, it just has a very specific use.

I’m not sure if it’s the batch or simply the fragrance itself, but it’s extremely soft, lasting barely any time and leaving almost no trail. It’s incredibly mild, not just in general but compared to other Adidas fragrances. I also own Team Force, which has much better projection. Curiously, I noticed a perfume in my cabinet that smells exactly the same: Perry Ellis Black for Him, though without the same potency.

I also have Team Force and that one has better power. Curiously, in my wardrobe I have a perfume that smells exactly the same: Perry Ellis Black for Him, but without so much power.

Beware of this fragrance, as its opening is dangerously similar to Bleu de Chanel EDT. Many consider the Chanel version the cornerstone of blue fragrances (I’m not included in that group). The fact is that Adidas Ice Dive hit the market in 2001, while Bleu EDT arrived in 2010. Could Jacques Polge have been inspired by this Adidas scent when creating what might be his most popular work?

This Adidas was my first fragrance; I don’t see it suitable for every age or occasion. It’s ideal for after a shower, to maintain that freshness for about two hours, either staying at home or heading to the gym. It’s sporty but lasts far too briefly. Being fresh, it’s slightly sweet; I’d recommend it for under 20s. Beyond that age, it can smell like an adult who hasn’t accepted their age yet. If you’re on a tight budget, it’s a good purchase as it performs well even when over-applied. I have fond memories of it, best wishes.

To be honest, it’s the gym perfume where you don’t look for eternal longevity, but rather a clean scent that you can take everywhere. The price is so low that you feel encouraged to apply it several times without a second thought.

Very good fragrance, although the longevity is short; it can be reapplied and lasts a bit longer that way. It leaves you feeling satisfied, and the best part is the price; you can have several for daily use. I used to love the Adidas Team, Action, and Game Spirit scents, pity they were discontinued, although I keep the last one as a memento and part of my collection.

My favourite Adidas fragrance of the three I know… It’s a spectacular accord based on white musk, very much in the style of the classic Natura Homme. It has a sweet-fruity note of kiwi and something akin to ambergris, with bitter-sweet touches reminiscent of shaving cream or good quality gel. On the other hand, it has an inherent sweet sweat sensation typical of white musk: clean but with that sweet touch. If you’re worried, don’t be, it’s very easy to wear and feels clean overall. It’s my second bottle, excellent price, medium longevity of 4 to 5 hours with a little over-application. Many compliments received.

It’s cheap and a soft scent; a bit of alcohol at first but almost nothing. It’s moderate, sweeter and not heavy, fresh and pleasant. I’ve received compliments. Although it doesn’t have impressive notes, its longevity is a maximum of about 3 hours. I recommend it for men and women: if you want something simple, clean, soft and fresh (sweet), it’s a good idea to have it.

It’s a citrus fragrance, very citrusy. It has no sillage and stays close to the skin. If you do the exercise of applying it to your wrist and smelling it close to the skin to see how it evolves, you’ll notice mint, grapefruit and kiwi. It’s fresh, but a summery fresh kind. The name ‘Ice Dive’ gives the impression of being a cold fresh scent, and the mint gives that first impression, but the citrus almost envelops the rest. Except for that exercise, many notes are not easily perceived in the scarce sillage. As it’s very much used for sport, it’s a fragrance for moments: I apply it before going to the gym and it works well during the activity; after 2-3 hours it goes unnoticed. Applying it in the morning to go to the gym in the afternoon isn’t the best. Finally, the price is moderate to low, quite good for what you get.

Smells super fresh at first with a blast of grapefruit and mint, but it quickly softens, becoming slightly sweet without being cloying or heavy. It’s the typical ‘sport’ scent that suits everyone, though it’s not generic. I use it all year round and it fits anywhere, perhaps except going out at night as it fades quickly. In terms of longevity, considering it’s for exercise, I have no complaints: it lasts a few hours on the skin and longer on clothes. I’ve also worn it daily and it’s perfect. The best thing is the price; I find it online for under €5 for 100ml and it lasts quite a while. In short, I recommend buying it blind if you like these scents; it’s hard to regret and don’t let the low cost fool you. Best wishes.

Plain cologne, another run-of-the-mill one. Smells good, fresh and very citrusy. It doesn’t last long, doesn’t project, stays close to the skin for about 3-4 hours. You can overuse it, it doesn’t bother. It’s for keeping at the entrance of the house and using it to go out for errands. For £4 for 100ml you can’t ask for more.

Exclusive for sport or going to the gym, aquatic and energising with touches of mint and grapefruit. It doesn’t last long on the skin, but for the aforementioned purposes its longevity and projection are fine. Its price is between £8 and £15, a good option to get out of a pinch and keep in the car. I give it a 7/10.

Ice Dive is a very fresh fragrance, full of vitality and energy. In my opinion it’s ideal for the day and, of course, for doing sport, even contact sport (like all the Adidas line). I perceive opening notes of lavender, kiwi, mint and anise; middle notes of geranium and a base of pepper and amber, which combined give this particular eau de toilette, so Ice Dive is not a typical generic perfume. An advantage is that it’s combinable with the Adidas Ice Dive deodorant, which can be bought together in the supermarket without going to a specialist shop. Note that the lavender is not just a more intense note, but visually also defines the colour of the bottle.
