  I only smell water lily, but I love it just the same. I regret not being able to detect a banana scent in any perfume that claims to have it; it’s odd that I do smell it in Eternity Classic.

  I was totally and foolishly drawn in by the ‘oriental-floral’ description, but it couldn’t be further from the truth XD. It’s very fresh; the opening is actually a bit harsh, reminiscent of that typical family-sized bathroom spray. Then emerges a scent very similar to the original Halloween, but very softly. When that fades, it leaves a sweet, fresh, and green trail; it certainly reminds me of green banana at that stage, even if it’s not listed, giving that impression XD, and it’s a lovely scent. I think it reminded me a little of Jennifer Lopez’s Desire at the very end. Right at the wrist, it becomes aquatic again, though not listed, echoing the original Halloween, but without its intensity or longevity.

  I was fooled by the oriental-floral name and got it completely wrong XD. It’s super fresh. The opening smells a bit like a litre-sized bathroom cologne, but then it develops into a scent like the original Halloween, just very soft. In the end, it’s sweet, fresh and green, reminiscent of banana even though it’s not listed in the notes, and it smells lovely. Ultimately, it’s almost unnoticeable; it becomes aquatic like the original Halloween but without the same intensity or longevity, a bit like JLo’s Desire.

  While browsing the website, I noticed this perfume in the ‘this fragrance reminds me of’ section. I was absolutely terrified to see United Colors of Benetton Jeans listed among them (unfortunately discontinued). Without a second’s hesitation, I rushed to the nearest perfumerie. An hour later, I had it in my hands! Upon smelling it, I was enchanted. It’s the closest match I’ve found to that scent I’ve wanted for years… I’m head over heels, I love it!

  While browsing the website, I spotted this in the ‘reminds me of’ section and my heart skipped a beat seeing the United Colors of Benetton Jeans (which no longer exists). Without a second’s hesitation, I went to the perfumerie next door. An hour later, I had it in my hand and upon smelling it, I was blown away. It’s the closest match I’ve found to that fragrance I’ve wanted to reclaim for years… I’m head over heels, I love it!!

  Aquatic floral with a green touch; the incense and myrrh (barely noticeable but well-integrated) give the floral side a ‘dry’ air, far from the sweet, which is a relief in extreme heat. It makes good company.
