Clinique Happy Heart 2003 by Clinique is a chypre floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2003, this composition was created by Christophe Laudamiel and Olivier Polge. It smells clean, very good. It reminds me of a green soap I can’t recall the name of, but it makes me feel super revitalised, yes I recommend it. I thought it lasted over 6 hours and people said it projected a lot and smelled fantastic.
Hello, it smells super clean, like a green soap I can’t remember which one it was, but it leaves me feeling super revitalised. I would recommend it. It lasted me over 6 hours and people said it projected a lot, that it smelled amazing.
I loved Happy Heart and wore it for two years in a row. Its revitalising scent made me feel exactly as its name suggests, HAPPY; it injected optimism, energy and joy. As its notes indicate, it’s a perfume with a very simple structure, but there’s its charm in that simplicity. The notes flooding my nose were cucumber and tangerine; I couldn’t detect anything else, but for me, that was enough for Happy Heart to capture me. I see it worn by many young people, for daytime, informal and summer use. Strong sillage and longevity. Rating 8/10.
I’ve been with Happy Heart for two years; its scent revitalised me and I felt exactly as the name suggests, HAPPY, injecting optimism and energy. It’s simple, but there’s its charm. What I noticed most was cucumber and tangerine, I didn’t sense anything else, but it captured me. I see it on many young people, daily use, informal, summer. Strong sillage and longevity. I give it 8/10.
This perfume brings a lot of energy and vitality, waking up the mood to go out, play and have fun. It’s an energising scent, like a giant bouquet of hyacinth with very fresh cucumber and tangerine and a touch of sweetness. I’m referring to the original formula from the early 2000s, which is a real gem; just two sprays are enough to feel it all day. The new formula, although with a different bottle, smells similar but lacks the power and presence of the original, as if they’ve taken the vitality out of it.
This perfume really recharges your batteries.
It takes me back to the 90s, thinking of Lacoste polos, pearl earrings, the brand Chipie, very proper but dull teenagers. And this is what I think this perfume smells like: it smells good, but I find it boring. It’s a daytime, summer aquatic-floral, but not as refreshing as I expected. It also lacks significant longevity and sillage. I think Tommy Girl, the original Happy, or Rochas Sensuelle are in the same line, and I find them fresher, more recognisable, and with better performance. I will use it, but it doesn’t speak to me.
Joy. Gem. Laughter. It’s a kind, easy, and very appreciated scent. I thought the composition would be full of flowers, yet I was surprised to find carrot, cucumber, and wood. The mandarin is very identifiable, as in all the Happy scents from the house, but this one is special. It’s the original Happy developed, with greater depth, nuances, and warmth. It’s a warmer variant than the others and possesses a fun, bouncy sweetness. Another perfume with a very apt name: Happy <3
What a lovely perfume; smells clean and lasts for ages. It fixes beautifully. I don’t detect cucumber, but rather tangerine and an aquatic note which must be hyacinth. It’s super fresh for hot days, perfect for feeling full of energy with a scent that lingers for several hours. I sense a resemblance to Trussardi’s Delicate Rose.
One of the most potent fresh citrus scents I know. It lasts several hours on skin and the projection is excellent. The cucumber and tangerine stand out and last until the end. It has luxury-grade fixatives. If you like fresh and sparkling scents, this is a total success.
One of the most potent fresh citrus perfumes I know. It lasts several hours on the skin and has excellent projection. The cucumber and mandarin are the notes that stand out the most and linger until the end. Undoubtedly, the composition has excellent fixatives. For those who love fresh and sparkling aromas, this is a recommendation from every angle.
I tried it. It suited my skin well and projects, something unusual (I have pale and slightly dry skin, just in case it helps). I was surprised. You can detect the cucumber over a floral base; it’s fresh but needs to be used with care, or it becomes overwhelming. For me, it’s suitable all year round. Edit: It’s a fresh floral but has body, it’s not light. A few drops are enough, it lasts about 5 hours… it used to happen to me that afterwards I couldn’t smell it myself, but others could. I would buy it again.
I tried it. It stayed well on my skin and projected, which is unusual (I have pale, slightly dry skin, just in case that helps). It surprised me quite a bit. The cucumber is very noticeable in a floral base; it’s fresh but needs to be used with caution, as over-application can be overwhelming. For me, it’s suitable for all seasons. Edit: I wanted to add that it feels like a fresh floral but has body; it’s not a light perfume as one might think. A few sprays are enough, and it has good longevity for me: about 5 hours… but with this perfume, it happens that after a while I stop smelling it, while others still do. I want to buy it again.
What a lovely perfume, so different from the other citrus scents I own (and I have quite a few). It has an aquatic touch that combines with the grapefruit to create a delicious result. It’s soft, feminine, and cheerful; just like the name, it fills you with happiness when you put it on. It lasts quite a while; after some time, I don’t perceive it myself, but others do, especially on clothes.
I was absolutely blown away by this perfume. I gifted it to my sister blindfolded two months ago. I had the regular Happy as a reference (which I also enjoy), but this suits her perfectly. It’s more floral and clean, with that special cucumber note that makes it incredibly fresh, almost aquatic. It reminds me of Polo Blue, same vibe, but clearly feminine. The longevity is outstanding; she came to see me today wearing it, and even after hours, I could still smell it perfectly from the other side of the dining room.
This perfume really surprised me. I gifted it to my sister a couple of months ago; it was a blind buy. I only had the regular Happy as a reference (which I also like quite a bit), but this one stands out. It’s a more floral, clean composition with that special touch of cucumber that makes it fresher, almost aquatic. It reminds me a lot of Polo Blue; it has the same vibe, but of course, it feels more feminine. Its performance is excellent; my sister came over today wearing it, and after several hours, I could still smell it perfectly from the other side of the dining room.
I’d been wanting to try it for a while due to the rave reviews, so I bought a decant. It’s fresh and long-lasting, but after several attempts, I can’t take it anymore; the cucumber note gives me nausea and headaches.
I was very curious about this perfume after reading the reviews, so I decided to buy a decant to try it. The truth is, although it’s fresh and long-lasting, after several attempts I simply can’t stand it; the cucumber note gives me nausea and headaches.
I adore this perfume; it’s so unique, very fresh, and despite that, it lasts. It’s not feminine; it’s enchanting. It was the first perfume I liked as a teenager and remains one of my favourites. Although I own many similar fresh scents, this will always hold a special place in my heart.
I bought it solely based on the reviews and notes. I already knew the regular Happy and liked it, so I was curious about this version. What a beautiful scent—super fresh, clean, and pleasant, with good projection and trail, plus it lasts quite a while. Yes, the zesty cucumber can be slightly overpowering as it’s noticeable from start to finish, but once it runs out, I’ll definitely buy it again, and it’s not that expensive.
This is my go-to perfume. Everyone leaves saying ‘wow’. It smells fresh yet impactful. I first encountered it at 12; my aunt from Canada brought it and gifted it to me. Now at 32, I keep repurchasing it. It’s unique. To me, it smells like a cheerful, fresh woman, like a redhead girl in a field of flowers, wearing jeans and barefoot, feeling the sun. It’s a woman in colour, free, and with a happy heart. A true gem.
I loved this version; the cucumber note was incredibly clear, and on my skin, both the trail and longevity were top-notch.
