Fresh, herbal and very masculine, perhaps a bit youthful. In the first few hours, it projects massively for an eau de toilette. Superb value for money, an excellent fragrance for the office and everyday wear.

  2. I only tried it in-store, but it smells very similar to Invictus. Despite the bad reputation of that DNA, it is quite similar and at a price that has no rival. I might buy it for daily use, although I think it needs reapplication.

I love it for hot weather; it’s super fresh and clean, ideal for school or the gym. For daily use under the sun, it’s a top choice.

  4. Youthful, citrusy and fresh, totally suitable for daily wear without trying to stand out. A decent purchase, although for the price, you can’t ask for more.

  5. Delightful; I already have two bottles. Lately I use it daily and it finishes incredibly fast. Citrus, marine and fresh, perfect for everyday wear. A bit more informal and summery, like an Invictus Aqua or a Montblanc Legend Spirit. Rich, cheap and with good performance, 9/10.

  6. Citrus opening with a lime and grapefruit acidity, followed by a touch of ginger. Dry down smells like rose bubblegum with aquatic notes and a hint of salt. Meh, for casual use only. What surprised me was the longevity; I didn’t expect so much, and it easily lasts 12 hours on my clothes. Projects all day at the level of some sweet designer perfumes with EDP concentration. Incredible.

  7. Personally, I don’t like it much. It reminds me of deodorant. The longevity is around six hours. I would recommend trying it before buying it; everyone has their taste, but it’s not for me.

Fresh, ending with a slightly woody touch. It’s a reasonably acceptable scent for daytime. Not bad, 125ml for $23. If I used it more, I wouldn’t buy it for collection or gifts, but rather for personal use. The bottle colours don’t say much to me; perhaps I heard it smelled like bubblegum, but there’s nothing to it, it’s citrusy and very wearable, masculine without being old-fashioned. The good thing is it smells nice. The bad thing is it’s not a beast in terms of longevity, although the performance isn’t bad either. Minimum rating 7, could be 8. If I had to compare it, it would be an Immortel by Maison Alhambra but without steroids, more wearable and less pronounced. I would choose Hero; it seems more delicate and orderly, although it has worse performance.

Hello, correcting part of the previous comment; I hadn’t used it for a while. Yes, it delivers marine notes at the beginning, in the first 10 minutes… Then it does become aquatic.

Hello, I don’t agree with the listed notes. This fragrance delivers nothing marine; at best it is aquatic/ozone. I won’t go into detail; it’s typical EDT citrus performance: those that give energy and an extreme sensation of cleanliness. Personally, within the EDT category, it’s a very good fragrance. Try it first.

  11. Honestly, it’s a hit: it smells great and doesn’t break the bank. At first, the citrus dominates, then the aquatic notes kick in. I didn’t notice the lavender people mention, even though I wore it for a while; for me, it’s just a clean, fresh citrus. It brings back memories of the changing room after a match, with the scent of an Aqua di Giò or Invictus floating in the air.

  12. This time I’m not talking about this perfume, but about all the reviews out there. Everyone seems to pretend to be an expert critic who knows their stuff, but nobody knows anything. No two comments match; everyone has a different opinion. I’ve been on forums for true connoisseurs, and they always agree, with comparisons and opinions that are very similar about this fragrance.

It’s a very versatile fragrance thanks to its notes; it suits all climates and works for day or night, although its trail and longevity work better at night in temperate or cold places. It’s a BBB: good, beautiful, and cheap. For the price, don’t expect a beast mode or a unique aroma, but personally, I was surprised because it works better than others that cost more.

A youthful fragrance with a citrus opening and a marine touch, ideal for everyday wear. It’s not heavy, easy to wear, and not a gimmick; it smells clean and doesn’t bother anyone. On hot days, it’s at its best. It also works for going out with friends for a drink on warm evenings, but not for clubs or parties due to lack of power. For dates, it works well; it’s a closeness fragrance, with rather an intimate bubble.

  15. A pleasant and very cheap fragrance, although I don’t love how it dries down. Still, I use it from time to time, especially in the heat. My advice: try it before buying.

  16. Rich for everyday wear. Its strength isn’t longevity, but it lasts at least 5 hours. Recommended for any age.

  17. It’s not bad, but it smells a lot like cheap pharmacy colognes; it reminds me of one from Adidas. It’s not much, and the longevity is very low. Ideal for spraying on clothes after a shower or for the gym. Otherwise, I find it boring and lacking anything new, although the price justifies it.

  18. At first, it’s synthetic, alcoholic, and a bit generic. Then it lets the citrus shine through, fresh, clean, with a bit of lavender, and honestly, I liked it a lot. I find it good for spring and summer, although under extreme heat it could become cloying. It’s not unique; over time it smells like men’s deodorant, so I doubt it will leave many compliments. The trail isn’t much, but it’s acceptable given its longevity and price, so it partly compensates.

  19. BBB: good, beautiful, and cheap. Fresh, youthful, and colourful presentation. Potent citrus opening, slightly spicy, probably due to the ginger. I also notice the marine notes. After the opening, it leaves a scent that is between fresh and sweet. Ideal for daily use; it’s hard for anyone not to like it. It projects well for the first hour and stays with me for about 5 or 6 hours.

  20. It was my first perfume; I was looking for something cheap and good without knowing what I was getting into. First impression: synthetic and alcoholic, I wasn’t going to buy it, but since it was already there, I decided it was the only one I’d buy. After using it and learning, here is my review: citrus and synthetic opening, but not ugly; a friendly synthetic, easy to like. Then it leaves a slightly sweet citrus scent, not cloying; it feels good and is pleasant. It ends on wood, leaving the typical manly scent. With that synthetic and sweet touch, it’s quite youthful (I’m 19 and I don’t dislike it or feel old). Opening with citrus is pleasant and it finishes manly. Easy to like and use at any time. If you’re young and want something different from Nautica Voyage, this is a safe bet. Easy to use, easy to like, and very affordable. If you’re looking for something more marine/citrus like Aqua di Giò or Light Blue, or for extreme heat, this might disappoint or fail to meet expectations. Projection and trail last for the first hour or so, then it stays close to the skin, lasting all day on skin and even days on clothes. Good, beautiful, and cheap. If you want to start in perfumery, it’s affordable and very easy to like, but if you already have experience, it will become monotonous.

  21. Starts with a very synthetic citrus punch, almost identical to Legend Spirit but with that ‘cheesy’ twist that makes it less fresh; as it dries, it turns salty, reminiscent of Invictus Aqua. It lasts longer than Legend and is cheaper, though it doesn’t quite match Invictus’s longevity (around 5/6 hours). Projects strongly at first before settling into the skin. For the price, it’s a hit: youthful, linear, and perfect for school or college, ideal as a teenager’s first perfume.

  22. Although the citrus and herbal opening lasts barely three minutes, the rest is monotonous. It’s a classic base scent that goes unnoticed if you mix it with any Axe deodorant. It suits people aged 23 to 30 for walks, but not for the office or enclosed spaces because it saturates and smells the same, staying only within your personal bubble. I wouldn’t recommend it: as a blind buy, it doesn’t disappoint, but it’s not a gem either.

The first thing I notice is an acidic, fresh ginger, followed by lavender and marine notes in the heart. Between the classic, the X, and this HERO, this is my favourite because I live in a hot zone. It’s a fresh and delicious fragrance, not strictly for daily wear, but perfect for hot days when you need something that makes you feel good.

  24. I liked it a lot. It’s youthful and similar to Invictus DNA, but I feel this is more masculine. It’s a good blind buy if you like fresh scents with a touch of sweetness. Ideal for everyday use, though in extreme heat it can be a bit bothersome due to that sweetness. Quite good for the price.

Although everyone says it’s a good perfume and a friend uses it at school with decent longevity and projection, it’s absolutely not my taste. It’s quite an unpleasant scent that I find rather annoying.

Spectacular for the price, under $50. I picked it up at duty free. It starts with lime, grapefruit, and ginger reminiscent of Invictus, then the marine notes emerge, evoking the Aqua version. The touch of lavender, floral, and amber makes it an ultra-modernised Invictus. On my skin, it lasts about 6 hours and projects moderately for an hour and a half. Very good for everyday wear.

  27. Very citrusy, definitely for summer or spring. It’s informal, but not for daily use even in moderate heat; perhaps for a beach night where it’s still warm. While it is a summer scent, it doesn’t agree with me for the heat of the day. You won’t receive compliments, but you’ll smell rich and different. It’s very youthful, for teenagers, and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone over 30.

  28. I liked HERO more than the others from the brand; I tested it several times, even head-to-head with classic Invictus, and I don’t find much similarity except for that distinct candy smell both share, which added points because I never liked Paco Rabanne’s. I also looked for a similarity with Polo Blue EDP but couldn’t find it. The opening is a sweet, artificial lemonade with subtle grapefruit and ginger. When the marine notes arrive, it turns salty with lavender, the least synthetic part. The salty note dominates almost until the end while the lemonade fades. In the transition, it becomes synthetic, like a glue I smelled at KOS Absolute, but it’s not bothersome and doesn’t last long. It lasts up to 6 hours and projects well for the first hour. I don’t think it will generate many compliments. In extreme summer heat, I wouldn’t use it; it could be bothersome. It goes well all year round except winter, where it would feel out of place. Although Invictus beats it on longevity, projection, and quality for double the price and less quantity, they aren’t similar, even though they share the same orientation. It’s youthful due to the sweet opening but matures as it dries, so it could suit almost any age. The bottle is the best part, though the atomiser leaves something to be desired. If you want something simple to add to your collection at a good price, it could be recommended; the quality isn’t bad, but it’s not an Armani or a Dior.

Good for teenagers, it’s not bad; it’s a rich and fresh scent that works very well in hot climates. For the price, it has good performance: it lasts over 5 hours and projects well. The opening is very citrusy and as it dries, it becomes marine and citrusy; it smells to me like a rich, very clean shower gel.

Halloween Man Hero is a daily wear fragrance that everyone will like, very simple. The opening is a citrus explosion and as it dries, it becomes a little more serious. Decent performance: it lasts me about 5 hours with the first hour projecting quite well. If you want an affordable perfume that everyone will like, for me, it’s the best option. 8/10.
