This was my first oriental fragrance: so captivating and deep that I even wore it at home. It was a miniature given to me by my sister when I was a child. It transported me to the East, like in David Lean films; with that dreamy age, it made me dream of mysterious places and secrets waiting to be discovered. It was my gateway to strong scents and I loved it. Today, I’d kill for a bottle of this great elixir – a brand less pretentious than the big names but, in my opinion, it still kicks the socks off many modern oriental perfumes. I wish I could have it again!
I’ve had a miniature of this since ’96. Back then, it wasn’t really my style, but I wore it because my husband (now my spouse) absolutely adored its scent. What nostalgia!
