I tried it and it smells incredible, very similar to my Midnight Couture Black but without that magical cherry note; it feels softer and dustier, perhaps due to the iris, though the benzoin saves it for evening wear. The bottle is a deep indigo blue, what a beauty! It tempted me greatly, I almost bought it. At first glance, it looks like a less spectacular version of the original, but it’s very good. Definitely the option for those who can’t get the MCBEdM; I’d buy it when I finish my limited edition. The date 2013… will it be limited or like wines? That’s how the LL marketing seems to me.
