Today I tried this perfume and it hit me with an exquisite leather note. It has two very distinct faces: the first, from the start until the dry-down at two hours, is a blend of patchouli, citrus, and violet that gives a woody, fresh, and greeny touch, with a fruity sweetness that made me think of mango or peach until I realised it was raspberry. Then, the leather takes over: it is not wild or intense, but soft, subtly animalic, with earthy nuances and a hint of smoke reminiscent of suede. It leans closer to Tuscan Leather than Ombre Leather, although it is unique and follows its own path. I think anyone who is not a leather fan might like it, because here it is crafted and combined in a very pleasant and wearable way. Another interesting proposal from the Italian brand.
