Thylikós by Alberto Allegretti is a floral fruity gourmand fragrance for men and women. The top notes are yellow mandarin, bitter orange, aquatic notes and bergamot; the heart notes are sambac jasmine, white chocolate, magnolia and freesia; the base notes are sandalwood, oakmoss, tonka bean, vanilla and amber.

Definitely one of my favourites in the collection. It’s a simple scent that smells incredible. Perfect for everyday wear, as a signature fragrance or for work. It’s also great for the gym or outdoor activities. Citrusy and fresh, with a light touch of sweetness and very bright white florals. Although it screams summer and spring, I think it works well all year round. It’s one of those scents that smells good, is light and doesn’t bother anyone. What sets it apart from other tangerine and floral fragrances is the base, which is more intense. The white chocolate note adds a sweet, milky touch, while the sandalwood and moss in the base ‘break’ the fragrance and give it strength, making it quite different from a typical citrus. As it dries down, the oakmoss takes centre stage and gives it a very chypre character at the base. On blotter it smells like tangerine yoghurt (one of my favourites) with that mix of tangerine and chocolate, but on skin the base takes more strength, at least on my skin. All in all, I’d give it a 10 without a doubt because I simply love it.
