Very similar to Sauvage Elixir; compared to Lattafa’s Assad, Armaf is far superior.
A characterful fragrance; it takes some getting used to at first, but it becomes addictive with wear. It’s not for every occasion; timing is key. Reminiscent of Sauvage Elixir as they share notes, but here the dry down is sweeter and less spicy; ultimately, the patchouli stands out against Dior’s vetiver. They coincide in lavender at the heart, but the quality differs—the Dior is more rounded. A good option for the price, a valid approximation, but not a copy; it has its own style.
Haba Tonka shines with abundant nutmeg and patchouli. Ideal for going out at night; you’ll certainly smell different. On my skin, it lasts until I shower and on clothes until washed. If you sweat, it activates more, so no worries if it’s hot. Projection is around two hours—not crazy, but noticeable. I liked it; if you enjoy sweet perfumes, look elsewhere.
It’s a clone of Sauvage Elixir, a potent and spicy fragrance. Initially, vanilla and nutmeg dominate, but as it dries down, it refreshes with lavender and patchouli. It’s sweet yet very masculine. Longevity is moderate (4-5 hours), but it holds up well considering the price. I prefer its sibling ‘Assad’, which is spicier due to the cinnamon.
Rich scent, reminiscent of Sauvage Elixir but with a ginger note that doesn’t suit me. That said, it’s a beast in terms of projection: people can smell it before you even open the door. Beware of over-spraying.
