Exquisite perfume, a pink floral note, exactly what I’ve been looking for. It reminds me of Bulgari and Jo Malone roses: fresh, mature and velvety, with a sweet dry-down that hits the sweet spot. The fun part is that at first it smells like that little girls’ cologne that was hugely popular in Argentina when I was young, Coqueterías, but it fades quickly once the citrus fruits come through. It’s not childish, nor does it smell like a department store fragrance, and yes, I wear it all day and night. It’s versatile, never cloying, and the price is worth it for the quality and longevity. People always compliment me, but the best thing is how delightful it feels to apply.

It feels soft, fresh and clean, perfect for this spring heat; at first it sounds tender but with presence, nothing childish. What I notice most is the lilac and rose, a hint of lychee and what seems to be bergamot rather than tangerine. It’s a delight: clean, fresh talcum with a minimum of sweetness, Jo Malone style. The trail is moderate but noticeable beyond a metre. I bought it for around $60 and it jumped to $70 in less than a month, which hurts for an EDT, but the performance is top: it lasts all day with the same intensity. It doesn’t evolve much, it’s linear, but I like that what I like at the start lasts a lifetime. I’m happy with the purchase, I just regret that Orlane doesn’t bring the rest of its bouquets to Mexico.
