Reminds me of Polo EDP, but without being so heavy; it’s a blend of Bleu de Chanel and Polo Blue EDP, very good. The projection is moderate, ideal for daily wear, and I’d buy it blind without any issues. It’s good, and for summer days, it seems excellent.
I ordered this after watching ‘el guey de los perfumes’ and it didn’t disappoint; directly on the skin it’s identical to Bleu de Chanel but with a citrus twist, as if you were wearing a Bleu and carrying a lemon. The quality is good, though it doesn’t stand out as much as I expected based on what he said in the video, so I wasn’t disappointed, but it’s not particularly memorable. Have you smelled Armaf Iconic? Azurro’s opening reminds me of that, but without the sharp incense or overwhelming intensity; as it dries down, it smells fresher and easier to wear, whereas Iconic is very strong and can be dizzying, although I personally prefer its melon and nutmeg dry-down, notes that aren’t present here. In terms of quality, Azurro wins, and I don’t think it’s redundant to buy it if you already own Iconic; I considered using Azurro for day and Iconic for night. It lasts about six hours on skin and is noticeable at 30cm; on clothes it reaches eight or nine hours and its trail is strong, even permeating the room. I liked it quite a bit, but I would have liked more of the Bleu’s melon with that nutmeg giving it a darker touch, better quality, and a scent closer to its inspiration. Would I buy it again? For now, no, because I haven’t used it much and I expected a bit more, although it is certainly a good fragrance if you like Bleu and its atomiser is incredible. I bought it on Mercado Libre from a seller called Price Szent, wary of being scammed, but it didn’t happen. Be aware, it depends on your pH: on my skin, as it dries down, it smells a bit like an old man’s perfume, which doesn’t happen on clothes. Given the price, we can’t expect too much, but if you want a Bleu de Chanel to the letter, this isn’t the option, although it is much fresher as it dries down.
