Descripción
Beautiful Magnolia by Estée Lauder is a floral aquatic fragrance for women. Launched in 2021, this composition was created by Anne Flipo and Laurent Le Guernec. Its top notes of magnolia petals, lotus flower, and yerba mate provide a fresh and vibrant opening. The heart reveals magnolia, gardenia, Turkish rose, and solar notes that impart luminosity and floral depth. Finally, the base notes of musk, sandalwood, and cedar offer a warm, woody, and enveloping foundation that lingers on the skin.

One of the most precious floral scents I have ever smelled. For me, it is exquisite: fine, delicate, romantic, innocent, and spring-like. The opening is the perfect blend of magnolia and lotus flower, fresh and tender at the same time. I can picture a girl aged 22 to 32 strolling through her garden, near a pond with the spring sun on her pink or white dress. The only flaw: poor longevity and projection, which leaves me in doubt. But it won me over so much that, just three hours after testing it in the perfumery, I already bought it online. It’s one of those treats you give yourself from time to time. If you like Curious by Britney Spears, Blue Orchid by Oscar de la Renta, or Bright Crystal by Versace, you will probably adore this.
Basic and linear from start to finish; it has caused quite a bit of disappointment.
It’s basic, linear from start to finish, and has left me pretty disappointed.
The downside is the longevity and projection, which are extremely low. But the scent is simply exquisite; I use it in summer and even in winter, and spraying it after a bath is a total delight: feminine, elegant, fresh, and woody. If it had longevity, it would be perfect, which is why I’m not sure if I’ll buy it again. It’s a pity because it smells like what I’m looking for (floral, fresh, and woody). I apply it three times a day or more to feel it.
I’m absolutely taken with the scent, though the longevity isn’t up to scratch; keeping it in my wallet is the solution—it’s fresh and doesn’t bother anyone.
The notes sound good and the description is interesting, but the reality was disappointing: it seemed cloying, a dull magnolia that felt irrelevant. The projection lasts about 2-4 hours and the trail is modest, neither here nor there.
The scent is a love, although the longevity doesn’t quite make it… wearing it in your handbag is the perfect solution. It’s so fresh that no one can find it offensive.
Disappointing. It smells like fleeting flowers and fades in an instant; ideal only for post-bath use. My sister gave it to me, and I have to admit it’s not my style; I’m looking for something elegant, characterful, with a touch of fine wood. Estée Lauder missed the mark this time; it’s just another floral, nothing special.
A scent of femininity. What is it to be feminine? Something intuitive, competitive, creative, and with mastery of sensuality. If you perfume that with freshly cut magnolia, you have this perfume. The problem is that it lasts muuuuch too little, barely noticeable after 3 hours. I want this scent, but given the price, I doubt I’ll buy it. I prefer to stick with my Armani My Way, a rich, original floral with more trail and that lasts five times longer.
Subtle, elegant, and with an exquisite scent. It is romantic, relaxing, and makes you feel very feminine. Ideal for feeling romantic and discreet. The only catch is the longevity, which is really scarce on my skin.
Subtle, elegant, and with an exquisite scent. It’s romantic, relaxing, and makes you feel very feminine. Ideal for that subtle, romantic moment. The only thing it lacks is longevity, which is truly scarce on my skin.
I think it’s undervalued; with the heat getting stronger, an elegant fragrance like this is appreciated. Incredibly, it lasts about 6 hours on my skin, although the projection is moderate. At times it reminds me of J’adore Eau de Toilette.
Upon application, the first thing I notice is the magnolia, with a touch of lotus and yerba mate that disappear quickly to return to the magnolia as the protagonist. It hasn’t impressed me, and I wouldn’t buy it.
Ephemeral. On paper, the performance is low. It delivers the elegant subtlety and freshness sought, but projection and longevity are improvable, unless the tester bottle was faulty. It doesn’t launch strongly, which I liked, but I had to apply more; the magnolia notes gradually emerge. The development is exquisite, cheerful, and floral, evoking tranquility and a touch of romance. It’s not for going out partying or with showy dresses—even though some melt the asphalt with Hennessy or Vichy Catalán Eau de Cologne without gas. It’s youthful, cheerful, and simple (but not plain); I recommend trying it before buying to see how it performs on your skin.
So beautiful, very floral and romantic, but on my skin it lasts a mere breath, a maximum of 2 hours. And it’s not cheap to reapply like a body splash; it’s around $150. I won’t buy it again due to its poor performance; there are cheaper and longer-lasting alternatives. Edit: I used it yesterday and it didn’t just smell in the morning; the clothes still smelled the next day. Perhaps it needs time to reach its potential, like a fine wine. According to the batch, it’s 3 years and 10 months old, and now its scent and longevity are much better. I’m obsessed; the magnolia shines here like nowhere else and it’s straight into my top 5.
I found it and fell in love, even saving up to buy it, but what a disappointment; the scent lasts nothing at all. I reckon it’s gone within fifteen minutes. There’s no sillage. I feel I’ve wasted my money.
I discovered it and fell in love, bought it after saving up, but what a disappointment: it lasts nothing. I think after 15 minutes it’s no longer detectable. No trail at all. I feel I’ve wasted my money.
It’s exactly as its name suggests: a beautiful magnolia. Fresh, luminous, and elegant, with a very natural and well-executed magnolia flower. Besides the magnolia, I detect lotus, rose, and musk, balanced by yerba mate. It doesn’t last long, but since I love reapplying it, I don’t mind. For me, it’s the quintessential spring perfume. I discovered it months ago with an Estée Lauder miniature; it ran out so quickly I bought the full bottle. Today it’s my favourite floral and I almost always receive compliments, especially from other women.

Very pretty and delicate, maximally feminine, but the trail and longevity leave much to be desired. Perhaps it would work better with around 20 sprays.
Elegant and confident floral, perfect if you enjoy modern florals. I find the pear and peony a bit much, but that’s just my taste. It smells similar to Pleasures; if you like My Way, this follows the same line.
