This fragrance is beautiful, subtle and delicate. A true olfactory delight. Opening is floral with the rose, and the pear adds a fruity, fresh touch without being cloying; for me it’s a pleasant and wearable fusion. Among my favourites from this private line, I have a miniature and I enjoy it to the full. Occasion: whatever you choose, for me it works for daily wear, casual dates or special occasions. The trail is soft and the projection is more for intimate enjoyment. I even wear it to sleep. It’s comfortable, feminine and discreet. As for value for money, I’m not sure I’d buy the original size. I feel it lacks longevity, and that’s a negative point for such an exclusive and expensive house. I’ll think about it… or look for a cheaper equivalent.
It smells as if you’ve splashed rose, pear and peach compote all over your body. I love it. It’s sweet without being gourmand, with a sour touch where fresh rose takes centre stage. Dry down is slightly powdery and resinous. It has good fixative power, a noticeable trail and is fairly linear. It’s a very well-executed fruity scent, fun and easy to wear; although it doesn’t innovate much, it’s elegant enough to stand out from a designer brand. You can tell the quality of the collection. In spring, Belle de Jour and I will get along famously… and here I finally understand the concept of a pear sorbet that I can’t quite explain but feels… very refreshing🍐🌹. After 3-4 hours, it turns into a lovely pink body cream.
Curious that with that mix of pear compote and juicy peach, it smells of banana to me and I love it. Then it becomes linear, pear and sour rose with powdery vanilla. It’s not sweet, nor does it remind me of other recent fragrances with that combo; rather, it’s refreshing. The trail is moderate and lasts 3-4 hours. It hasn’t impressed me, lacks personality and sufficient performance to join my collection. Scent 5.5/10, longevity 3.5/10, trail 6.5/10, value for money 2/10, versatility 6/10, packaging 7/10. Would I buy it again? I haven’t bought it.
I have the large format and use it, but for me the trail and longevity don’t justify the price. It smells of sweet fruit, like peach, without being cloying, although the notes don’t evolve on my skin and it sticks to the clothes. Perhaps only the wearer can hear it. I won’t be buying it again; it hasn’t won me over.
I can’t believe it, this perfume is no longer available… it was simply brilliant, absolutely gorgeous.
