For me, this isn’t a scent that suits me. If you’re unsure, better not to buy it blindly.
We know Kosmala uses synthetics, so that sets the tone, but it doesn’t smell like a pharmacy like Zoologist’s T-Rex; it’s more subtle. At first, it smells of cheese due to the oud; it’s a woody fragrance with incense and ambergris, but the animal touch of the synthetic oud dominates everything. It’s not easy to wear and my girlfriend didn’t like it at all. It won’t attract compliments if that’s what you’re looking for, but it will make people ask what you smell like. My advice: ask for a decant first. If you want to smell of wood, animal notes, and potent cheese, buy it. P.S. What I like most is the history of the ritual it emulates: in the Middle East, agarwood chips are burned to pray. I’m not sure if it achieves it, but the scent is very peculiar.

Wow, here’s the second opinion! It smells of smoked cough syrup; it’s unique, rare, and confusing. It lasts five minutes and then the orchestra falls into place. You can detect a leather base, even if they don’t say so. It has woods, amber, and smoke; it’s brilliant. The scent starts strong like an English horse and ends soft like a mule at a trot. The longevity is poor and the projection is terrible; you can only smell it five centimetres from the nose. On my skin, it lasts about two hours. To my taste, it reminds me of Mancera but less brash and synthetic. The smell is bad, timeless, ideal for cool afternoons or nights, not for summer. In short, I don’t like it and it lacks usability; it’s not that the smell is bad, it’s that it smells of olive oil; you know it’s there but you don’t feel it or get noticed. A pity for the price. Another disappointment from this brand; I won’t buy or recommend it again. Scent 3.5/10, Sillage 3/10, Longevity 3.5/10, Projection 4/10.
Are there really no reviews yet? Well, I bought a decant and with God’s help it’s turning into a full bottle. What a delicious, creamy fragrance! I must confess I’m terrible at detecting notes; I don’t know what oud smells like, but it bears a strong resemblance to Oud for Greatness. I don’t think it has much projection, but it lasts quite a while. It’s a lovely scent; I wear it casually and mostly in the evening.
