An elegant and complex fragrance, where black pepper and cinnamon stand out; it’s sparkling and invades upon application to the skin. It’s a pleasant aroma of coffee and caramel among other notes. I thank the Chilean perfumer for creating this marvel and for making it long-lasting, that’s the magic: rather than giving compliments, it thanks you, the one applying the perfume. A hug, and I hope this new path is a success. I’ll keep an eye out if that tour of the lab comes out when it’s consolidated in the future. I have all the faith. Greetings from a fellow Chilean.
It doesn’t resemble anything known. The notes are exceptional and the longevity is brutal. If you like warm perfumes, wear it even on warm days; if you prefer soft, fruity scents, it won’t overwhelm you—it’s warm but balanced. For those seeking impact, this is the one: it leaves a trail and questions. The price-to-quality ratio is impeccable, very cheap for the quality. The packaging is elegant and you can see the care put into every detail.
First impression: a hit of coffee and cinnamon on the nose, simply exquisite (obviously for coffee lovers). It lives up to its name: as the hours pass, that coffee becomes sweeter, just like a cappuccino. I must have been glued to my arm all day; I loved the dry-down. And speaking of longevity: perhaps the sillage isn’t as long, but I got whiffs of the aroma every now and then. All this with just one spray on my hand. I can’t wait for the globe to turn back to winter so I can give it maximum use. My congratulations to the creator and fellow Chilean.
It’s a complex perfume; I have nothing that smells like it. At first, it literally smells like cappuccino and caramel, but then resinous, spicy, and herbal notes like oregano become noticeable. It’s very original and somewhat unconventional. Highly recommended, but be careful: it’s not an easy perfume to wear.
Bought it blind for the price (around $50) and the quirky name. It delivers exactly what it promises: a cappuccino that dances between a chai accord and caramel. Then, resinous and earthy notes emerge, adding complexity without losing that cosy sweetness. It’s robust, high-quality, and perfect for crisp or cold days. I was surprised by how original it is; the price-to-quality ratio is unbeatable. Congratulations to the creator and keep launching more!
My first review of a Chilean perfume! The opening is an energising, creamy cappuccino that minutes later wraps itself in amber and cinnamon; I detect clove, although it’s not listed, or perhaps it’s myrrh and pepper. Half an hour in, it transforms into a masala chai with caramel, an exquisite twist, without losing that amber warmth. Cinnamon takes the lead and the cappuccino becomes caramel coffee, with oregano becoming more noticeable. It’s sweet but spiced, not cloying. It’s unisex, but if you don’t like spices, it’ll kick you in the face. After five hours, it sits close to the skin, like a cup of coffee. Lots of projection at first, use with care. Ideal for cold autumn/winter nights with coffee and friends, or rainy afternoons with tea. Edit: The day passed, I showered, and it’s still caramel on my wrists.

I had so many desires to try Cappuccino Gourmand because I love gourmands, but I was scared because it’s unisex. But it’s a WOW perfume! I love it! It’s something no one has described, leaving me speechless. It’s an exquisite bomb, like my grandmother’s homemade manjar blanco coming out of the oven, but then the coffee takes over with caramel and cinnamon. Half an hour in, you feel the tea and oregano, and more intimately, the black pepper. Several hours later, it’s a blend of cinnamon, caramel, and black pepper. It’s truly exquisite, complex, and refined. If a man smells of Cappuccino, I would be perplexed by that unique taste. On a woman, it breaks the mould, it’s a bomb! I gifted it to my grandmother and she was amazed, she wouldn’t stop smelling my arm. I was equally hooked at first sniff. Fully recommended, please buy it because a perfume like this doesn’t deserve to be hidden. Maximiliano has done something worthy of an award. I’ll be eagerly awaiting his next fragrances because CASANICHE really promises.
I was eager to try it because I love gourmands, but I was scared it might be too unisex. It’s a total WOW! I love it. It’s something unique, never experienced before, that leaves you speechless. I picked up this fragrance a few days ago and was impressed. I’m not much of a gourmand, but I sought out the coffee note because I own the Ferragamo Uomo Signature and thought it would be similar, but I was wrong: it’s much better. I perceive a creamy, rich cappuccino at the start, then caramel, cinnamon, myrrh, and wood, with bursts of coffee in the base. The composition is a marvel. On a man, it feels spectacular. The longevity is outstanding: I felt it for nine hours with a single spray on my arm, then it faded but remained in a personal bubble. The sillage is notable for the first three to four hours. I think three sprays are enough for nine to ten hours, and that’s despite perfumes usually lasting little on my skin. If you like gourmands, this is definitely for you; it’s not too sweet or cloying. I see it working great on men and certainly equally well on women. Congratulations to the Chilean perfumer for this delicacy.
This fragrance arrived yesterday and I’m delighted it’s from a Chilean entrepreneur. Trying it today: the first impression yesterday was like a Sprite on the arm, reminiscent of coffee liqueurs, and the cinnamon sensation brought back memories of the aperitif drink ‘vaina’ we had so much here in Chile. It’s a very noticeable roasted coffee with caramel and cinnamon. The opening is intense, but after fifteen minutes it sweetens with cinnamon and caramel. To my taste, it’s a perfectly wearable gourmand; it doesn’t fall into cloying or overwhelming territory; it’s seductive but not invasive. It projects moderately and lasts four hours even in the heat of Santiago. The only drawback: it gives me an allergy, causing itching, and I have to wash my neck. I don’t think I’ll buy from this brand again, but the aroma is rich.
Very mature scent, an intense caramel coffee, nothing commercial or known. It has a robust body; for me, it’s not very pleasant, but I recognise the quality. I have a decant, I wouldn’t buy the bottle, but all success to the Chilean house.

I want to thank the quality this niche house delivers, and especially Max Cifuentes, who presents this sweet coffee note with oregano and spices on the nose. It’s one of the first to launch, and it’s evident in the dry-down: on my pH, the raspberry, tea, and myrrh halo stands out. The molecular supports seem to be patchouli and benzoin, leaving a finish of over twelve hours. It’s special for cold days, a family visit in the snow, or an afternoon with friends. Be careful: avoid applying it to clothes, as it soaks in for several days. Use with moderation.

I picked up this delight, and rather than a cappuccino, it smells like a trip to Starbucks. Cookies, croissants… it’s very rich. I always hope to get my fill of it, but it gave me far more than I could handle. The sillage is incredibly long-lasting; it’s a gem.
This perfume changes EVERYTHING with skin pH. On me, it was awful, but on my brother… what a delicious, realistic sweet cappuccino aroma, with dense foam, cinnamon, and a hint of spicy pepper! Myrrh and benzoin add a touch of vanilla. Coffee lovers: this is it. Recommended to test first. The trail and longevity are great: it projects to about half a metre and lasts easily eight hours.
This perfume changes radically depending on your pH. On me, it was dreadful, but on my brother… oh my god, what a delicious, realistic sweet cappuccino aroma! You can smell the dense, creamy foam, dusted with cinnamon and spices (the little kick of black pepper is noticeable), while the myrrh and benzoin leave a soft vanilla trail. Coffee lovers: this is it. Just a word of caution: I recommend testing it first. Its sillage and longevity are top-notch: it projects to about half a metre and easily lasts eight hours.
