Of all CH’s summer editions, none had caught my attention until today. I only remembered the CH Sport from 2012. After 12 years, I loved finding this Birds of Paradise again. The website says ‘journey to the tropics’, but ‘captivating’ is a better word. The cashmere recalls the original CH, contrasted with a fresh opening of violet and the sweetness of tonka bean, very sensual and elegant. Perfect balance that invites you to keep smelling. Dry down becomes sweeter without being party-ready, ideal for relaxed afternoons. It could be a regular line with another name, but as it’s limited, I’m in a hurry to buy more. A great success for CH and by far the best summer edition.

  • Perfect for summer. Longevity is very good on my skin. I already have two bottles so I won’t regret it when they discontinue it.

  • When I tried it, it seemed very synthetic. I don’t know what to say… Perhaps for young people who don’t know much about perfumes, but not for anyone else.

  • Perfect for summer; the longevity on my skin is more than decent. I’ve already bought two bottles in case they’re discontinued, and I regret not buying more.

Reminiscent of Paris Hilton for Men in its freshness and sweetness, but not heavy, rather tropical, ideal for the beach. It’s a youthful and trendy scent, fresh and sweet. Nothing groundbreaking for the price; there are other good catalogue options.

Moderately similar to Paradise Garden; only the fig and green notes match. Longevity is moderate, 5-6 hours on skin with weak projection. Although it’s good for heat, school, or work, it’s a great alternative to Paradise Garden as it’s discontinued.

  • Very easy to like. I thought, being a wood scent, it would smell mature and dry, but it was a surprise: floral, fresh, and slightly sweet. It’s not feminine, but softer than the website suggests. The longevity is good (7 hours); the trail is noticeable for the first 3 hours before becoming subtle, but the scent never disappears. A pleasant surprise and the bottle is gorgeous.

A great surprise. It has a bit of Santal 33, but whereas that is intense on wood and leather, this is more aromatic with the wood marked but subtle. In my opinion, it’s very balanced and easy to like. I tried it in-store months ago and knew I had to own it. As it’s a limited edition, I’ll buy more to have backups. Moderate projection, similar trail, and lasts long enough for work, about 6-8 hours (depends on skin hydration). Totally worth it.

  • In short, it’s a highly recommended perfume. It offers something different, performs well, and is good value for money.

  • To put it plainly, it’s a highly recommended fragrance. It brings something different, performs well, and comes at a fair price.

  • Smells fantastic, ideal if you like chamomile. It’s super natural, sweet, and realistic. Dry down reminds me of Kenzo EDT Intense but softer; if you like that, you’ll love this. Projects well for 2-3 hours and lasts 6-8, then settles into the skin. Smells very good and will surely get you some nice comments. It’s super versatile; with this, you look good and feel comfortable all the time. I didn’t have anything with chamomile before, which is why I bought it. Totally recommended.

  • CH Birds of Paradise for Him is aromatic, herbal, and woody. Fresh and herbal opening with an ozonic sensation of violet and spices reminiscent of Central Park. Then comes the chamomile with sandalwood and fir that give it depth and make it pleasant. Goes well for daytime, any season, work, school, or outings. Lasted 8 hours with a noticeable trail at the start. I liked it more than the bottle and the name, and that’s what matters: it smells pleasant and is versatile. I’m no longer swayed by the bottle’s appearance.

  • CH Birds of Paradise for Him is an aromatic, herbal and woody fragrance. Its opening is fresh and herbal, with the ozonic sensation of violet leaves from the classic CH Men and some spices that also recall the flanker CH Men Central Park. As time passes, the chamomile note is perceived accompanied by sandalwood and fir, which add depth and make it very agreeable. It’s suitable for daytime, in any season, for going to work, school or casual outings. Its longevity was about 8 hours with a notable trail at the start. The scent has pleased me more than the bottle and the name, and I think that’s the most important thing: it smells very pleasant and is quite versatile. So I won’t let myself be carried away by the appearance.

  • I bought it recently on a promo, blindly. I thought it would smell different, but what a surprise! The chamomile we usually smell in infusions has nothing to do with it; it’s a bit greener. It feels very herbal and sweet, smells like tamarind, and I think it’s strange that no one has said it before; this gives it a certain resemblance to Toy Boy by Moschino. I’m happy with my purchase because it’s truly quite pleasant.

  • Buy blindly, it’s a very special perfume, very green. What I do feel is that it’s very light to be an EDP. I don’t know if I’d buy it again, but I acquired it at a good price.

  • Buy blindly, I thought it would go the way of CH Men, but it goes more towards Kenzo EDT Intense mixed with sandalwood and a hint of CH.

  • Looking at the notes, I expected something else, but it’s very much in the style of Paradise Garden or Le Beau EDT by JPG. Very rich, green, juicy and fruity. It goes great for spring/summer because it doesn’t feel heavy at all.

  • You can feel the presence of violets from the beginning to the end, intense and long-lasting (at least on my skin).

  • I bought it blind and it’s very special; it smells quite green. Yes, it feels a bit light for an EDP, so I’m not sure if I’d buy it again, but I grabbed it at a good price.

  • I bought it blindly at 67,000 pesos ($45), impossible to find a better option. At first, it’s tropical, but after an hour and a half, it leaves a wonderful woodiness and a bit of sweetness.

  • The chamomile note is the most present, so if you’re not used to it, it will be hard to take to. It’s an herbal, sober scent, nothing sweet or suffocating. A green, frivolous aroma. It’s pleasant, but the longevity on skin seems scarce; after a few hours, the scent practically goes unnoticed. My recommendation: don’t buy blindly and try it before.

  • I bought it blind for 67,000 pesos (around $45), impossible to find a better option. At first it’s tropical, but after an hour and a half it leaves a rich, sweet woody trail.

  • I bought it blindly on offer for around $60. Is it good or bad? Absolutely not. Is it memorable? Probably… but whether it’s good depends on your nose. To me, it smells botanical, yes, botanical. The chamomile is super strong; it’s not the dry tea before infusion, it’s the wild, uncut kind. It’s rich, but doesn’t reach sweetness, ending up halfway. It’s a good scent, it won’t drive you mad, it’s clearly perfume, but in current trends, it falls short. I see it for daytime use, summer and spring only; it doesn’t admit other seasons. The 100ml will last me 3-4 years, maybe 5. Should I recommend it? Better to try it first. Having paid on offer doesn’t bother me, but if it were full price, I’d be disappointed. Edit: the truth is it requires getting used to. After using it a few more times, I can say it’s one of my favourite tropical/summer scents. It can be categorised in three words: green, sparkling, sweet (not cloying). A distinct and worthy perfume. I think in about 5 years it will drop to around $2, admits night too (very tasty) with a little happy trigger.

It’s pure chamomile green, nothing maritime. It sits on the Kenzo Intense line but with more personality; I’d give it 5/5 for being original and tasty, reminiscent of Hugo Boss. I wouldn’t buy it again, but it caught my eye more than scents like CH Passion, which smells very spiced. Here we have green chamomile with a creamy tonka bean touch. The drydown is herbal, perhaps due to the violet leaves, but not powdery or sharp. It’s fun, I’d wear it daily, but given the price, I’d look for something like Born In Roma Intense for about $40 more. After drying down, a few hours later, it reminds me a bit of Kenzo Marine.
