On first spray, it smells of smoked food with a medicinal hint. As it dries, it becomes orange blossom, coffee and kitchen spices. To my nose, it’s curious and original, yet it doesn’t work and ends up unpleasant. I detect rum in the base, but no chocolate or cocoa. Over time, the coffee becomes more realistic, and after about five hours, it settles into a more bearable rum and vanilla accord. It has nothing to do with Coffee Addict, which is sweet and delicious; this one is bitter and even sometimes salty. It has a notable trail and lasts around seven hours. My partner, who rarely comments on my fragrances, asked in horror what I’d put on. Despite the positive reviews and my good experiences with this house, I didn’t enjoy it at all, though I acknowledge it’s very original and different from the coffee perfumes on the market. Scent 3/10, Longevity 7/10, Sillage 8/10, Value for money 4/10, Versatility ?/10, Packaging 7/10. Would I buy it again? I didn’t.

I found it truly excellent and original. Finally, a coffee fragrance that doesn’t fall into the sweet trap like an ice cream or a vanilla cappuccino, which is what most tend to do. This one stays non-sweet, although the white flowers give it a creamy base and a slightly feminine touch. But it feels like a great coffee perfume. Very niche. Miahoboco
