Have you worn Colour Me White?

Tell us how it opens, how it settles on your skin, how long it lasts and when you wear it.

  1. Rcatar

The longevity is ridiculous; it doesn’t even last half an hour even if you douse yourself completely. It fades in the blink of an eye and isn’t worth the money.

Where do they see the Aventus clone? It’s pure Loewe 100%. It smells synthetic at first, but once it dries down it’s identical. The longevity is short.

I bought it on offer for $9 and it blew my mind. It delivers the promised six hours; I can still smell it close to the skin after seven. It projects strongly for half an hour before becoming a personal bubble. You can wear it without fear of being overpowering; it smells delicious: fresh, citrusy, green and aquatic, with sour lemon, a hint of fruity pineapple, smokiness and leather. It’s addictive, ideal for summer and daily wear. The spray is perfect for smelling clean after a shower.

  4. FerChaman

I don’t understand why people think it smells like Silver Mountain Water or Aventus clones; to me, it resembles Club de Nuit Intense more due to that synthetic touch, but it has nothing to do with Silver Mountain Water.

  5. byReapers

Totally dispensable. I bought it because it was on offer for €5 and it doesn’t smell bad, but the quality is like an AXE deodorant. It’s worth trying a better clone; I like the DNA.

  6. byReapers

Completely dispensable. I had no other Aventus clone and decided on this because it was restocked on Amazon at a good price (£5). It doesn’t smell bad, but the quality leaves much to be desired; it’s like buying an AXE-style deodorant. I think it’s worth trying a higher-quality clone, as I did enjoy the DNA.

  7. FerChaman

I don’t know where people get the idea that this resembles Silver Mountain Water or Aventus. To me, it smells more like Club de Nuit Intense due to that synthetic touch; it has nothing to do with SMW.

  8. It seems to me to be a direct inspiration from Nishane’s Hacivat.

  9. Vibrant Leather EDP, Victor Choice No. 9, and this one are all the same. I tried them all together. You can buy any of them for everyday wear, exercise, or going out. You smell good.

  10. To me, this is a clone of Aventus, Club de Nuit Intense, or Zara Rich Leather. It is very well executed, fairly linear, but super pleasant, with performance and projection that have surprised me (perhaps on par with Club de Nuit Intense). Totally recommended.

  11. Very citrusy and clean with marine and smoky notes. It comes out very citrusy and dries down to become increasingly similar to Creed’s Aventus. Longevity: 6 hours. Projection: 30 minutes of intense projection before settling close to the skin. Versatility: perfect for summer, spring, or the office. Scent: a fresh-fresh take on Creed’s Aventus. Overall: a rich, cheap citrus fragrance, although longevity and projection are somewhat lacking.

  12. I tested it on my wrist when the package arrived and quickly understood how it evolves. It shares similarities with Creed Aventus, but feels closer to Zara’s Vibrant Leather or Mango’s No. 10. The opening is citrusy, with a less synthetic leather note than Zara’s and without the smoky touch found in Aventus. In the development, aquatic notes appear, almost ozonic, drawing nearer to Creed, with similar wood but a soapy, less amber base. It’s never sweet. It’s a rich, clean, versatile scent that makes it clear you’re wearing perfume, with incredible performance for the price.

  13. To me, it’s a clone of Creed Aventus, Club de Nuit Intense, or Zara Rich Leather. Very well executed, fairly linear, yet highly pleasant, with performance and projection that have greatly surprised me, perhaps on par with Club de Nuit Intense. Totally recommended.

Like other fragrances from the brand, it initially smells of alcohol and butane, but within minutes reveals its true character: forced leather with lemon and cardamomo. Although many say it’s similar to Creed Silver Mountain Water, I don’t believe it. I definitely prefer the Armaf Derby Club Blanche clone, but at £5 on Amazon, this is a safe wager.

At first, it smells of alcohol and butane, typical of the packaging, but within minutes the true scent emerges: a slightly forced leather note with lemon and cardamomo. Many compare it to Creed Silver Mountain Water, but I don’t see it that way; I prefer Armaf Derby Club Blanche. However, at just £5 on Amazon, it’s a safe bet.
