My wife gifted this to me as compensation for accidentally breaking two bottles; to be honest, I’ve enjoyed it because it doesn’t smell of artificial sweat like the original and highlights the citrus notes a couple of degrees more. In short, Declaration d’Amour is a more refined and less risky version, translucent would be the correct word, although it carries the full Declaration stamp.
