  This perfume has drawn me deeper into the fragrance world than any other. I went to Zara looking for the Hypnotic Vanilla as a dupe for Hypnotic Poison (which my mother wears and has had me head-over-heels in love with for years), but when I picked up the tester, I noticed this new Valentine’s Day cherry collection with such gorgeous packaging. I tried Rouge Crush first; while I know it’s good, it feels too dark and deep for me. Iconic Crush seemed very summery but a bit simple. Then I tried Delicious Crush and simply said ‘wow’. I see it as perfect for daily wear in spring and summer; it’s not as simple as the Iconic, with a base that made me keep smelling my wrist all day (it still lasts into the next day). I can’t think of anything better; I’ll buy it without a doubt.

  I bought this after giving it serious thought and I have no regrets. At first, it’s an intense, rich cherry caramel, then it softens into something floral, like a spring day with cherries. The fruit always takes the lead, though the intensity varies. On my skin, it doesn’t last as long due to my pH, but it does outlast others I’ve tried. It’s ideal for spring or winter, brimming with femininity and sweetness. It smells like a delicate, juicy, fruity teenager. It’s not a dry biscuit-like dessert, but rather an exquisite, addictive caramel or fruit dessert. It will be a staple in my collection, perfect for everyday wear in spring.
