I wanted to buy Italica but didn’t like it, so I noticed the Gran Ballo bottle and when I smelled it, I was fascinated. It’s a white floral with that touch of sweet caramel, without being especially sweet; I also noticed the citrus notes at the beginning, especially the red berries. It’s a perfect blend, soft and inviting to wear on any occasion. I was pleasantly surprised, although I think there are cheaper alternatives that smell similar, anyway, it’s enchanting.
I fell for this because of the bottle (I love the pink) and the resemblance to Viva la Juicy. They are very similar; if you like that fragrance but are disappointed by the performance, I recommend Gran Ballo, it lasts 12 hours and projects superbly, something that doesn’t happen with Juicy. They aren’t identical; here I can feel each note well, the floral part is predominant, I feel Juicy is sweeter and more informal. I would buy it again.
You have no idea how much I enjoy this clean floral scent this spring before the summer heat. It’s so clean without being soapy, like a fresh gardenia with the morning dew. I don’t sense the caramel, just white flowers dominated by gardenia (I had these in my garden) and a sense of cleanliness, as if it had white musk… it’s beautiful. Delicate yet persistent, it lasts well on the skin and on the fabric, needless to say. I don’t know its dupe for VLJ, but since I got it at a good price I have no complaints, plus it’s a gorgeous bottle. Simply lovely. I love it.

I was very disappointed. It resembles Viva la Juicy, but it’s a cloying version. The trail is heavy and it gave me nausea, something that had never happened to me until I had to wash my arms where I applied it. I recommend trying it before buying.
What a cutie! Smells of honey and caramel with a heap of white flowers. It’s tender, feminine, and super easy to wear. Nothing is overpowering; everything is in its place. It puts you in a good mood and makes you feel romantic instantly. The longevity and sillage are moderate.
