  • I like Drakkar Blue, but it wasn’t exactly what I expected. Personally, I don’t perceive it as a fresh fragrance, at least not in extreme heat. We’re at 30 degrees now and it feels a bit heavy, which surprised me. As for longevity, being an Eau de Parfum, I expected it to surpass Drakkar Noir, but it seemed quite similar in terms of endurance. Still, the longevity is acceptable. I think it could work in summer, but on moderately warm days, not on very hot days like today.

  • It’s okay; it’s far from the quality of other Drakkar scents but does quite well for what it’s worth. It’s a good daily fragrance for summer, without too much trail.

  • Drakkar Blue is pleasant, though not quite what I expected. Personally, I don’t find it fresh, at least not in extreme heat. It’s currently 30°C and it feels a bit heavy, which surprised me. As for longevity, being an Eau de Parfum, I expected it to outperform the original Drakkar Noir, but it seemed similar in staying power. That said, the longevity is acceptable. I think it could work in summer, but on moderately warm days, not on scorching hot days like today.

  • It’s decent; it’s far from the quality of other Drakkar fragrances but it performs quite well for its price. A good daily fragrance for summer, without too much sillage.

  • I was expecting a flanker of the Noir, like the Intense, but this has not even 0% of the line. I can’t stop thinking about the Y or the Yeah; it’s that style: it comes out mentholated and fruity and then becomes a clone of YSL’s Y. If you don’t have or can’t get the Arab versions, it’s a good option for the price. The longevity is a bit low for now, but I’ve worn it for a couple of days and it needs to oxygenate. It’s not what I expected; I already have the Yeah, the Yeah EDP, and a decant of Fackar Black, so I’ll have to swap it because it’s not a scent I like (Y and its flankers), and with so many similar ones, I’ll never finish them.

Well, to be honest, it’s a good perfume, nothing extraordinary. It even reminds me of Hawass Ice straight from the bottle; they’re extremely similar. For the price I paid in Mexico (500 pesos), I won’t demand more than six hours of longevity. However, it’s true that I can’t smell it after about two hours; it’s probably olfactory fatigue and quite weak, though an extra application would easily fix it. It’s good, yes, but nothing special, and it even comes across as an imitation of any other perfume. Given the price, I have no complaints.

  • Well, to be honest, it smells good, but it’s nothing extraordinary. Upon spraying, it reminds me a lot of Hawass Ice, almost identical. For the 500 pesos I paid for it in Mexico, I couldn’t get more than 6 hours out of it, although it’s true that after two hours I feel nothing, probably olfactory fatigue, but another application fixes it. It’s good, yes, but nothing out of this world; it passes as an imitation of any other perfume. For the price, I have no complaints.

Be careful with this perfume; I’ve had it for months and was surprised by its evolution. It’s as if Drakkar Noir had been given a layer of Granny Smith apple extract and a few drops of mint. At first, it didn’t last long, but over time it gains character. It’s a fresh, green, and clean scent with a spark; initially, I was disappointed because it smelled like Invictus, but later I discovered its ‘alpha’ vibe for its category. It does have that fruity and common side, but with maturity; it reminds me of Johnson & Johnson’s apple shampoo but for adults. At first, you don’t feel the Drakkar; it seems like a 180-degree turn, but there are reminiscences of the classic. In winter, with heating at 25 degrees in the gym, it goes wild; the lavender, patchouli, and green apple blend perfectly to create something fresh yet authoritative. It’s incredible how green apple has taken the market—anything with it feels youthful and generic, but this has flashbacks to a fougère from the 2000s, as if you were in a barbershop back then. Over 25 degrees, it could become heavy. It seems playful but is serious: for a neat and temperamental man. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone under 26. It’s not special, but it’s perfect for work: clean, bright, soapy, and classic with a touch of vanguard. I’ve already used a quarter of a 100 ml bottle. Summary: Green apple > mint > classic Gillette shaving foam. One of the best generic scents I’ve tried; at first it seems like ‘more of the same’ but it has its hook. It seems to tire and fade quickly, but it performs well for 4 or 5 hours. Good purchase. Scent: 8.5, Projection: 6.1, Longevity: 5.3. Final rating: 6/10. ***66.3% perfection***

Beware of this one; I’ve worn it for two months and its evolution has caught me off guard. Imagine Drakkar Noir with a layer of Granny Smith apple and a few drops of Listerine mint. At first, it didn’t last even when freshly applied, but now it has more character. It smells fresh, green, and clean with a spark; initially, I was disappointed as it smelled like pure Invictus, but over time I discovered a more ‘alpha’ vibe for its category. Yes, it has that fruity and common side, but with maturity. It resembles Fierce by A&F, but its closest match is the Johnson & Johnson apple shampoo, only for adults. At first, I didn’t feel the classic’s footprint; it seemed like a 180-degree turn, but there are reminiscences! Now, in the middle of winter, working at night at the gym with 25 degrees, it goes wild. The lavender, patchouli, and green apple blend perfectly: fresh yet authoritative. It’s incredible how green apple has conquered the market; almost everything smells this way, youthful but generic, today’s common aroma with flashbacks to a 2004 fougere, straight from the barbershop. But above 25 degrees, it would get heavy. As I described, it seems playful but no, it’s serious: for a neat and temperamental man. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone under 26. It’s neither special nor different, but it’s perfect for work: clean, bright, soapy, classic, and modern. I’ve already enjoyed a quarter of the 100 ml bottle. Summary: Green apple > peppermint > classic Gillette shaving foam. One of the best generics I’ve come across; at first it seems like ‘more of the same’ but it has its differentiating factor. It seems to tire and fade, but it delivers its 4-5 hours well. Good purchase. Scent: 8.5, Projection: 6.1, Longevity: 5.3. Final rating: 6/10. ***66.3% perfection***

  • It smells clean, fresh, and classic, like a shower gel. The apple isn’t very prominent, but it adds freshness alongside the mint. It’s simple and easy to wear. It doesn’t resemble either YSL or Drakkar Noir.

  • I bought this blindly walking out of the store because I’m a fan of Drakkar Intense and wanted something similar in blue. At first, it disappointed me, but with use, I’ve understood its essence and now I adore it. It has gained intensity and is perfect for the office; it’s fresh, aromatic, and very original—you don’t smell like everyone else. I’ll be buying it again when I run out.

  • I’m not usually a fan of ‘blue’ perfumes, but since Drakkar Noir is a classic of mine, I couldn’t resist trying this Bleu. It opens sweet and modern, although that typical YSL green apple always stands out above all. As it dries down, it improves, staying herbal and fresh with a pleasant fir touch. It delivers for the price, though it doesn’t bring anything new; the brand has played it safe, which is respectable but might seem thin to purists. PS: Very similar to Ted Lapidus’s Cool Night.
