  I absolutely love it. It’s fresh and enveloping, a scent that evolves and isn’t linear or boring. It starts citrusy and fruity with a hint of green tea, then develops into cedar and black tea. The musk is very subtle, exactly what I need. I feel clean, with a light fruity touch wrapped in a fresh floral and very refreshing aroma. Ideal for any season, especially in the heat. It’s a delight on clothes days later. I wear it to uni, during the day, for walks or fun and sporting activities… and people constantly tell me I smell amazing, even though I can’t quite detect it myself. It leaves a trail of clean laundry and an exquisite floral and fruity spa shower.

The musk is very subtle, something I usually can’t stand, but here it’s perfectly balanced. I feel clean, with a light fruity touch wrapped in a fresh floral, citrus and very refreshing aroma. Ideal for any season, especially in the heat. It’s a delight on clothes days later. I wear it to uni, during the day, for walks or fun and sporting activities… and people constantly tell me I smell wonderful, even though I can’t quite perceive its aura. It leaves a trail of clean laundry and an exquisite floral and fruity spa shower.

  Discontinued, but you can still find it on some websites. Ángel Sclesser has refreshed his entire catalogue, removing the blackcurrant tea, peony and others, leaving just the two classics. I bought a backup bottle of the blackcurrant tea at half price, perfect for the future or as a gift. During the lockdown, it was impossible to test the quality or profile of the new scents. I’ve been trying for nearly a year to replace the blackcurrant tea with something having the same trail, freshness and longevity, but it’s been impossible. Hopefully we’ll overcome the covid crisis soon in many ways; regarding scents, I hope the economy picks up, shops reopen and I can discover Sclesser’s new perfumes. I’m curious about the white flowers with jasmine, apple and vanilla. The others play with grapefruit and orange. I was looking for a fragrance to remember this stage of my life and the changes ahead. For now, nothing will be the same, and those new fresh waters could be a good option.
