Michael Kors Extreme Rush smells of wood and spices, as if looking back to the past. It opens with warm eighties spices, like nutmeg and cloves, blended with thyme and juniper for a green, woody touch. It reminds me of classic soaps. The opening is rich, masculine and fresh, but within half an hour it’s already skin-scented. It doesn’t change much afterwards, just losing its strength. It could be timeless, but the performance didn’t convince me: it lasted about five hours in total, mostly almost invisible. If it had maintained its initial presence, it would have been a brilliant choice, pity about the good scent.
