Descripción
Fan di Fendi by Fendi is a fruity floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2010, this composition was created by Delphine Lebeau and François Demachy. Upon release, the scent unfolds a vibrant blend of tangerine, blackcurrant, and pear. The heart reveals the elegance of jasmine, neroli, and rose, while the base settles on a sophisticated accord of leather and patchouli.

Honestly, I don’t detect blackcurrant or pear; if they’re there, it’s to support the sweet, savoury aroma of mandarin, complemented by leather and jasmine, with perfect touches of patchouli and neroli. It’s a well-balanced composition, elegant, provocative, and very pleasant to wear. It awakens in me a desire to look my best, visit the salon, wear expensive clothes with that handbag you’ve been dying to take out… eat delicious food… indulge in lively conversations… this fragrance stirs all that worldly, pleasurable appetite in me. It also gives me great comfort. Over time, it becomes creamy and rich. It’s light yet noticeable on you and others; I suspect there could be many compliments. At times, the residual scent reminds me of new cars with leather upholstery when you turn on the air conditioning and that smell blends with your perfume… does it smell like “new leather”? hehe. I liked it 😀
It’s very likely the best citrus fragrance for women I’ve ever smelled. I liked it instantly, yet it remains undeniably feminine. It’s elegant and sophisticated, but ideal for the office or those casual encounters every woman faces. I agree with the reviewer before me: at times it becomes creamy, not powdery (which I appreciate, as nearly 99% of women’s fragrances I’ve tried suffer from that flaw). I’m not sure if I’m being imprecise and ask for forgiveness, but it feels very typical of the 90s—am I wrong? I liked it; having a woman wearing this fragrance beside me really lifts the mood.
Shiseido—I also read about the 90s version on an English website, but it doesn’t remind me of any known perfume. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of trying it thanks to Annabel Lee, and I must say, I was surprised: at first, I detected mandarin, followed by a hint of leather mixed with a floral note like tuberose; when it dries down, it’s remarkable, very warm. It was an unexpected gift and I’ve loved it so much that I’m hoping to get my own soon. To me, it conveys joy and energy; it’s not overpowering, just fresh and warm. I’ve noticed it’s by François Demachy—I absolutely love his perfumes!
In fact, I was gifted this, and I must say it’s a wonderful find. It’s perfect for everyday wear or any occasion; if you enjoy soft fragrances, this is your spot. It smells clean, freshly made, and truly delightful. Plus, it’s an excellent gift option that many would enjoy. I recommend it.
I bought it blindly, mostly guided by the previous Fendi I had many years ago. Although it has nothing to do with its predecessor, this one seems more and more wonderful to me every day. I love it. Its duration and sillage are very, very good.
Fan di Fendi is, for me, one of the best women’s fragrances. It wraps you in luxury, elegance and modernity; it gives me confidence when I apply it. Moreover, it has good fixation and the trail lasts for ages. I love it, and accompanied by its bottle, it makes it unique.
Fendi, personally, I love it; I have been using it for a long time. It feels extraordinary, wrapped in glamour and elegance; particularly, it is one of my preferred scents for special occasions.
I bought it somewhat unconvinced, but the sales assistant recommended it. And honestly, she wasn’t wrong. It’s a well-feminine, delicate fragrance, far from cloying, and it lasts several hours. I definitely recommend it; it’s one of my favourites.
I bought it not entirely convinced, but the sales assistant recommended it to me. And the truth is, she was not wrong. It is a well-feminine, delicate fragrance, far from being cloying, and it persists for several hours. I definitely recommend it; it is one of my favourites.
The leather and patchouli base give this fragrance a touch of originality. ‘Fan di Fendi’ is a light fragrance, a playful fruity floral highly recommended for all year round. Personally, I prefer the intense version, as it has the peculiarity of having a wonderfully intoxicating, formidable and gourmand vanilla note. It is sweet, but without excess; warm, yet it tends to fade easily on my skin. Its trail is light.
This perfume is truly interesting. I love the juicy orange note that remains from start to finish, delighting with its sunny freshness and great joy… then it blends with the flowers that add a silken elegance… and finally, the distinctive note remains: the leather, which gives this fragrance its finesse and richness; it is a true delight. It is soft yet characterful, elegant and fun at the same time. Very lovely. The bottle is exquisite, tending towards minimalist architecture; it makes the gold of the perfume look even more refined. Very Italian style, I like it!
IT IS VERY ELEGANT, SMELLS DIVINE AND LASTS A LONG TIME. I USE IT SOMETIMES AT NIGHT; IT GIVES ME A LITTLE HEADACHE BUT IT IS SO DIVINE.
I LOVE IT! It smells absolutely divine on my skin and lasts for ages. It is a winter or evening perfume; I would not wear it for a summer afternoon… without a doubt, it is my personal scent.
I had the opportunity to travel with my grandmother, and upon arriving at the hotel, I noticed I had forgotten my perfume. She, on the other hand, had several bottles for every occasion. After smelling them all, I decided on the one I liked the most: Fan di Fendi. My grandmother told me to apply it with cream so it would last longer; I listened to her, though I thought it was unnecessary. We went out to dinner and everyone complimented my scent that night; I felt absolutely delighted. But when I finished eating, a gust of wind brought a whiff of Fan di Fendi to my nostrils, giving me nausea and dizziness. I have never used it since. It is a spectacular and elegant aroma; I imagine it with a black sequinned dress and a diamond necklace, very Tom Ford style. What a pity that the dizziness won out over the experience of wearing it.
What originality and elegance the Fendi Fan possesses; it is truly spectacular. It feels incredibly opulent, despite its simple structure. It is a perfume with great depth, lacking many nuances but packed with intensity. It is very linear, yet I love it exactly like this; I adore how the notes remain suspended because the combination is fascinating. It smells like mandarin wrapped in leather, with just a whisper of white flowers and a patchouli base. Its trail and projection are impeccable. It is very elegant and intense, so I recommend using it in moderation.
What originality and elegance there is in Fan de Fendi—I find it spectacular. It reminds me of Lalique, smells delicious, it’s a pleasure to smell so good. The price is worth it. Moderate longevity, nothing cloying. I recommend it to women looking for an elegant and distinguished fragrance.
Distinguished and elegant. A non-invasive scent with just the right presence. I use it sparingly: at the office, meetings, outings, or romantic dinners where you don’t want to stand out too much. It smells of elegance, quality, and exclusivity. Moderate trail, nothing sugary. On my skin, it opens spicy and peppery; the heart features woods and a timid leather note; the dry down blends the woods with skin pH, leaving a soft scent with unusual reminiscences of school wooden pencils. Could be unisex or ‘plurisex’ for those over 25. Not for a teenager.
This fragrance is distinguished and elegant. It’s a non-intrusive aroma with presence, but just the right amount. I own it and use it only on rare occasions. It could be worn to the office, a business meeting, an outing, or a romantic dinner—situations where you don’t need to stand out too much. It smells of elegance, good quality, and exclusivity. It’s a fragrance with moderate sillage that is not sweet at all. On my skin, the opening feels spicy, peppery, and citrusy; in the heart, I sense a blend of woods and a timid leather note; in its dry-down, the woods merge with my skin’s pH, leaving a soft scent reminiscent of school wooden pencils, which is quite unusual as it never happened with any other woody fragrance. This perfume could be unisex or “plurisex,” as I like to call it, and worn by people aged 25 and above. It’s not a fragrance a young teenager would choose, or at least that’s my opinion.
I can’t remember if I bought it or received it as a gift; I liked it, but it wasn’t a wow. I wore it every day until I finished the bottle and moved on. To my surprise, it’s one of the most praised perfumes; literally, people stopped me on the street, the taxi driver, on the bus, my friends, and at work. My experience was unremarkable. I’m not sure if I’d buy it again, but my memory is exactly how everyone else enjoyed it.
It smells like makeup, like opening a vanity case, but in a good way. It’s a pleasant, elegant, and discreet scent. Nothing invasive. I’d rate it as agreeable: ideal for work or summer days/nights, holidays, or going out for dinner.
I was gifted this beautiful perfume four years ago and absolutely loved it. It’s a shame they’ve discontinued it. It seems Fendi no longer makes perfumes for women; I only see men’s fragrances on their website. Does anyone know anything? Thanks.
This is one of those perfumes where I think: ‘This IS my perfume!’. My mum gifted it to me years ago with the body lotion. I always wore it to important events; it makes me feel important. I agree it smells like makeup, but in a sophisticated way. Sometimes I get a whiff of ‘Fairy Essence’: the scent of sharpening a coloured pencil. A few sprays and I can smell it all around me, present but not intrusive. I still have half a bottle; it’s a pity they’ve discontinued it.
Elegant throughout: the bottle hints at the deliciousness of this fragrance. It’s an achievement for a summer scent, one of the few with character and longevity usable in spring and summer, a season where designer houses don’t always get it right.
A Fendi house fan since my 20s. If French perfumes are excellent, Italian ones are the best. It’s a pity most have been discontinued.
A Fendi fan since my twenties. If French perfumes are superb, Italian ones are the best. What a shame that most are discontinued.
A birthday gift from my mum, a lovely surprise. It’s refined, feminine and smells like luxury cosmetics, just like the classic Fendi by Fendi. No note is superfluous; they’re combined exquisitely. It reminds me of the unmistakable fragrances of the late 80s and early 90s. Ideal for winter, with excellent longevity and sillage. Lots of presence without being overwhelming.
I’d been hunting for this discontinued Ciel, Mer e Terre scent for ages. Surprise: it wasn’t what I expected. It smells very feminine, yet it’s a rather stately and potent aroma. I still don’t know how to wear fragrances like this; it gives me an elegant, solemn air. I ended up gifting it to my mum as it gave me migraines, what a pity. If you enjoy fine, feminine, and overwhelming scents, this will be a hit.
After being obsessed with owning this perfume and searching for it across sky, sea, and land since it was discontinued, I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t what I expected, but I didn’t dislike it; I find it very feminine, yet it’s a man’s fragrance, extremely potent, and I still haven’t learned how to wear this type of scent—it gives me an extremely elegant, aristocratic air. I ended up gifting it to my mother after giving it several chances; my head wouldn’t allow me to keep it as it caused me migraines, what a shame. If you enjoy fine, extremely feminine, and overwhelming aromas, it will certainly be a great success.
