My favourite perfume; I tried it a decade ago and it was a total addiction. If you love woody fragrances, this is the one for you. Upon application, it smells of wood and leather immediately, but over time it transforms into a delicious vanilla and tangerine, leaving the leather exquisite at the end. It has a brutal fixative; it is simply sublime, ideal for evening wear and for autumn or winter. I am dying to get my hands on it again.

I bought it out of curiosity with the leather scent and to expand my Fendi collection, as almost all of them are discontinued in Mexico and hard to find. Upon spraying, I noticed a medicinal touch from the elemi resin, reminiscent of phenol, which I didn’t like at first, but over time the magic blooms: it is a rose wrapped in sweet leather with musky notes. At the base, the vanilla and tonka bean give it that sweetness without being cloying. In my opinion, it is unisex, but with a more feminine air, perfect for a woman of character and empowerment. It is a delight.

Its opening is vanilla leather with roses… over time, the warm and delicate elemi takes control, along with sweet and powdery traces of tonka bean. It is a little rougher and simpler than the other ‘Fan’ Fendi scents, perhaps less elegant, but undoubtedly deeper and more impactful on the first sniff, like the difference between a leather jacket and a wool one. Equally fine, attractive and of quality. It lasts about seven hours with a moderate trail; it is delightful from start to finish and I like to reapply it. I prefer to wear it during the day, but it also looks good at night in informal situations. It is feminine, beautiful and stands out from the crowd, provided you don’t shy away from the rose. In short, it is a sweet leather scent and decidedly feminine that I have been longing for for some time.
