Descripción

Fendi Palazzo is an oriental floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2007, this composition was created by Jean-Pierre Béthouart, Thierry Wasser and Annick Menardo. At the top, tangerine, pink pepper, bergamot and Amalfi lemon unfold their freshness. The heart reveals African orange blossom, jasmine and rose, while the base settles on sandalwood, guaiac wood and patchouli.

I remember a sample of this perfume and they couldn’t have chosen a better name: Palazzo. It took me straight to medieval Italy; it smells exactly as I imagine that period of Italian history.

  • A very clean scent that blends citrus and floral notes with the warmth and sensuality of woods. I wouldn’t mind wearing it again, although my bitter skin tends to dislike citrus notes in any perfume.

  • A very elegant fragrance with an indescipherable fusion. It highlights the fresh floral notes of jasmine and African orange blossom, the citrus of Amalfi bergamot and lemon, the light guaiac wood alongside the opulent sandalwood, the sweetness of patchouli and the subtle heat of pink pepper. I love Fendi Palazzo; it perfectly describes the artistic and philosophical rise of the Italian Renaissance. If it had existed in that era, it would be the perfume of choice for the eccentric Lucrezia Borgia.

  • Thanks to ANNA CÉ, I’ve discovered this FENDI jewel. From the very beginning, PALAZZO exudes exquisite refinement and complexity. The citrus and floral opening dances between both worlds. The juicy blend of bergamot, lime and orange has a pungent, sharp and bright tone, with that effervescent pink pepper. I see myself as an elegant woman in crimson silks, with a glass of champagne, restrained but with a slight bubble of mischief. The flowers wrap her in a perfect point between the primal and the artistic, a serenade of jasmine and roses. The sweet woody base has her leaning on sandalwood and guaiac, with the joy of feeling liberated while PALAZZO shines on her skin.

  • What a pity it’s no longer available. I tried it years ago in a shelf nook and I haven’t forgotten it. Perfect ingredients, nothing indifferent, very sophisticated and elegant.
