Up top are lavender, bergamot and cardamom. The lavender feels tidy and herbal, bergamot supplies a clear citrus brightness, and cardamom adds refined, lightly piquant spice.
At the centre, orange blossom meets guaiac wood and amber. The blossom lends a white-floral smoothness, the guaiac brings dry, faintly smoky wood, and the amber casts a warm resinous light over it.
Underneath lie vanilla, white musk, ambergris and woody notes. Vanilla softens without turning overly sweet, white musk gives a talc-like veil, and ambergris contributes a whisper of salt and skin warmth.
