  1. Psicostasis

Smells of incense and resinous, wild vetiver. It isn’t that dry, serious vetiver we’re used to, nor does it have that opulent warmth of amber. Despite being smoky, it’s light and elevated, with the sparkle of guaiac; it captures well that first breath of earthy air the name promises. The incense has a mountainous, clean air quality, perhaps enhanced by some ozonic notes, though to me Ground Control smells 100% handmade. It doesn’t reach photorealistic forest levels, staying somewhere in between, but it’s a lovely and elegant composition.
