Descripción

Hawas Elixir by Rasasi is an oriental vanilla creation from the olfactory family, designed for men and women. Launched in 2024, this fragrance unveils an olfactory pyramid where the top notes combine the freshness of mint, bergamot, and hyssop. The heart reveals a sophisticated blend of dark chocolate, lavender, and benzoin, while the base settles with the warmth of vanilla, tonka bean, and white musk.

Well, Hawas Elixir… I love it, basically that’s all. I won’t compare it to the JPG, it seems pointless; it’s an excellent perfume in its own right. Potent, fresh opening that turns sweet due to the vanilla, long-lasting; six sprays last hours. For autumn and winter, day or night, though it can be tiring if used daily. In spring or summer, at night, and if it’s very hot, I’d look for something fresher. Excellent price for the quality, and if you like being complimented, this delivers. Conclusion: buy it, you won’t regret it. Greetings from Córdoba.

  • Adamesperfuadicto

Just arrived today, tested it at the office in a cold environment, will see how the projection holds up during the day.

  • Very good fragrance. Something no comment mentions is its resemblance (besides JPG Elixir) to accords in perfumes like Emporio Armani or Armani Code, perhaps due to the tonka bean. It’s a sophisticated sweetness, clean, everyone loves it. This sweetness feels like it ignores its clear vanilla/mint/spiced base style of the JPG Le Male Classic. It has become one of my favourites. Perhaps the only point is that it’s not all-rounder; I think it’s for semi-formal or formal use, not overdoing it as it can be heavy and intrusive.

  • Alexander Vargas Verásteg

The King of the Hawas line and definitely the best exponent with an ADN similar to JPG Le Male Elixir. This fragrance has transcended the concept of ‘perfume’; it doesn’t just smell good, it seduces, envelops, captivates, and overwhelms with quality. The evolution is monstrous: the opening embraces you with freshness and power, then stimulates the olfactory senses with high-quality chocolate and vanilla, and in the end… it is luxurious, opulent, neat, sober, captivating, and dominant. I’m at a loss for words; there is nothing comparable.

  • On the first day, I detected a lot of chocolate, then the notes balanced out, becoming an exquisite vanilla perfume with green and chocolate notes. A total delicacy that has nothing to envy. For me, it’s a 10 if you like vanilla; excellent price.

  • Jano_collector

Bought it in summer and thought it wouldn’t last, but I used it again in winter and wow, it changed everything. Maceration improved significantly. It’s an exquisite scent; the mint with the chocolate touch gives it that milky note. My wife said my car was overwhelmed with fragrance. Projects a lot for the first three hours and leaves an incredible trail. One of my favourites.

  • May 2025 batch: lasted 48 hours on clothes, but on skin it lacks projection and longevity, evolving into a synthetic scent I don’t like. Compared 1:1, it doesn’t beat some of my Zara EDPs. Disappointed by the web description and the hype around Rasasi; I suspect paid collaborations. Will update in a few months.

  • Reviews made me hesitate between this and Armaf Club De Nuit LionHeart; they said Hawas has a distinct, greener, herbal twist compared to Le Male Elixir, which is true for the opening and first hour. Beyond that, it’s an excellent Le Male dupe. I don’t detect the dark chocolate mentioned, but the lavender and mint opening is exquisite. As it dries down, it leaves a sweet sensation, dark and dense vanilla like a benzoin balm, with a fresh tobacco that isn’t cloying. Update: it hasn’t macerated yet and performance is brutal, lasting over 8-9 hours (matching Le Male) with incredible projection for the first four. The second time out, I got five compliments from girls. Lasts days on clothes, absolutely brutal.

  • If you’re looking for a perfume for parties, dates, or making an impression and are hesitating due to reviews, let me say that for the right price, it’s an emphatic yes. It’s Le Male Elixir with a chocolate and menthol twist. Just the right sweetness, not cloying or dizzying, but inviting you to keep smelling it. It’s an infallible compliment getter; I wore it to parties and dates over the last two months and was never praised so much in such a short time, not even with JPG. For me, it’s a 9/10 if you can get it for under $40.

  • Perfume en proceso

Pure mint and rosemary on the opening; I don’t know if it’s me, but I sense some honey, which I didn’t like. I bought it and regret it a little, but I’ll try it more days and times to see how it evolves. I rate it as a fragrance not recommended for blind buying. UPDATE: I’ve tested it much more now and I think I judged it too soon; now I’m starting to like it much more. First comes mint and rosemary; I don’t smell much bergamot. Then lavender accompanied by dark chocolate and benzoin. When it dries, tonka bean with vanilla emerges and the enveloping musk is felt, though I still sense a bit of honey as if it happens to all the notes. Very good projection, although I feel some olfactory fatigue; overall very rich, although you might not like it at first, then you start to get used to it.

  • Excellent approach to JPG Le Male Elixir. It has a green opening that fades quickly to arrive at a dense, sweet, sexy, and seductive dry-down. The change from honey to dark chocolate is noted and I find it extremely delicious. I miss the tobacco in the JPG which gives it a masculine and mysterious touch, but Hawas Elixir has nothing to envy regarding price. As it dries down, vanilla stands out. It lasted several days on clothes; the performance is brutal. Very good perfume; the real thing lowers the pants.

Hello, I have a 5ml decant of this fragrance and the Lionheart by Armaf. The Rasasi one is softer, less coarse and less projecting than the Armaf. They are very similar, but this Rasasi one reminded me in the dry-down phase of Isq Al SUYUQH Gold and Eau de Ombre Leather (clones of Rosendo Mateo 5). They smell like rubber or gum. I wore it to work and was eager to get home to take it off. I didn’t like that dry-down. I’d prefer Armaf Lionheart a thousand times. Better scent, much more projection and longevity.

  • Of the clones/inspirations of LM Elixir I’ve tried (all very good), this is the one I initially liked the least, but… Oxidation (five months) improved it enormously, placing it above The Kingdom, with less potent performance, and above Lionheart, slightly more synthetic, although with a bit better performance (and that’s saying something). The darker chocolate touch is real (more noticeable after maceration) and the potent mint is there all the time. Perhaps this is why it strays further from the original, but I didn’t mind the twist. In any case, the three clones I’ve tested (this and the two mentioned: I didn’t test Rayhaan Elixir) are satisfactory. I recommend buying whichever is the best price, but I’d stick with this one. Moreover, I think I like it even more than LME. Let’s see if the same happens with Le Male Le Parfum, my favourite in the line, which still lacks a decent alternative. Scent: 8.5 Projection: 8 Longevity: 8.5

  • Just got it, first impressions: Scent: Mint dominates for quite a while with a sweet touch, not cloying. Then the slightly chocolatey side emerges and it resembles LME more. Longevity: Lasted hours with minimal sprays (3 on neck, 3 on clothes) without maceration. I’d say around 10 hours. Sillage: I barely noticed it in the first few hours, then much more. I’m not sure how much projection it has yet. For using it without maceration, it’s a beast in terms of longevity. I should test sillage and longevity more, but with just 3 sprays, I’m not convinced. I wore it at work, an office with air conditioning, late at night. It’s perfect for winter. It cost me $50; although it’s a high price, in Guatemala it’s 400 quetzales, which is a great deal. There are few perfumeries, almost no one sells Arabic scents, and the big store only carries designer brands at absurd prices, so $50 is economical given I ordered it via Amazon. I do recommend it, I think it’s a good dupe of LME, and yes, it’s worth buying blind. I’ll update in a few months regarding sillage and projection. For now, 10/10. I’m not an expert, just an average fan. Update – January 2026: Lasts easily 15 hours and on clothes for days. Sillage and projection are brutal. EVERYONE passing by will notice it. I like it more than LME and it’s worth it at just 1/3 the price compared to the original.

This perfume reminds me of the sweet Chocoreta. I haven’t smelled JPG Elixir and I’m not an expert. Hawas Elixir has a pleasant, sweet, and enveloping scent. I bought it for the bottle, a mistake; it leaves fingerprints. In terms of performance, I don’t know how much it projects, but it lasted quite a while on my wrist. I bought it twice, once for myself and once for my mother’s husband, both on Mercado Libre. The first was excellent; the second from MXPERFUM CITY (Mercado Libre Mexico) was disappointing: pure alcohol on the opening, something that didn’t happen with the first one. Perhaps a newer version or a different batch. In summary, I like the scent, although my experience with the second seller wasn’t good.

  • This is a proper beast! Not for going unnoticed: a true monster in projection and longevity. On my skin, it lasted over ten hours with a potent trail for the first four to five hours, creating an intense bubble. It sticks to clothes for days. Hawas Elixir is made to stand out. It’s enveloping, addictive, and has personality. From the start, an intense and refreshing opening, aromatic mint and penetrating, with the herbal touch of hyssop that gives it sophistication. Then it sweetens and becomes creamy. In the heart, dark chocolate dominates, blending with exquisite and sensual lavender. This part is hypnotic. As it dries down, vanilla and tonka bean mix with the chocolate and lavender, creating a spectacular sweet, warm, and creamy base. I’m writing this review after letting it mature for two months; at first, I noticed it was mixed and had inferior performance, but now it’s rounded, balanced, and has brutal performance. In short, Hawas Elixir is a safe blind buy. If you like sweet, intense fragrances with presence, you’ll love this. It’s a fragrance that envelops you, makes you stand out, and leaves a mark. Note: 9/10.

  • Personally, I don’t like it much, but on the first day I received more than two compliments. My neighbour asked where I was going with that perfume, and a friend said it smelled lovely. On the bus, I sat at the back and saw three girls looking back to catch more of the scent. I own the Invictus Elixir; I like it a lot but haven’t received compliments – some covered their noses or moved away. I’ve never tested it in batches, but if you want to make an impression, use the Invictus Elixir; if you want to smell good to get action, use the Hawas Elixir (use it in winter, autumn, or summer evenings, but sparingly). Longevity: strong projection for four hours and a personal bubble for three.

Very much Le Male, not so much Elixir. Disappointed a little; I expected something different, though it remains good. I was expecting it sweeter like the Elixir, but it isn’t. It’s an approximation, not a clone. It sits somewhere between the original and the Elixir. The opening is fresh and minty, like Le Male, not like chewing gum. There’s a strong alcohol hit at first which fades. On the skin, I detect lavender and vanilla in the background; what stands out most is the minty-aromatic facet. At times, I’m reminded of Le Male. Then the chocolate emerges – not sweet, which distances it from the honeyed Elixir. The mint with chocolate reminds me of A*Men Fantasm, but compared, the difference is clear: here the mint dominates the patchouli. After that, it doesn’t offer much more. The tonka bean comes through in the base as in the Le Males, on top of the chocolate with vanilla and always the mint. It lasts quite a while on the skin; if someone passes by, they notice. I was surprised that it doesn’t last long on clothes. Compared to A*Men Fantasm, after a day it’s barely noticeable and after a week nothing, whereas Fantasm is still there. It smells good; I used it almost exclusively for two weeks. People told me I smelled nice but it didn’t raise passions. I’m not sure if I’d buy it again. Perhaps yes because it’s a good fragrance, or no because I wanted something closer to the Elixir. Maybe it needs more time to mature. If I don’t delete this in two months, it’s because it hasn’t improved.

  • Not my usual style; I was looking for something more serious, but after an exhausting day, I absolutely loved it and it won me over. Plus, I’ve received plenty of compliments. I prefer it to JPG. Ideal for cold weather, informal occasions, dates, and casual outings – everyone has their own opinion. Projection and longevity are top-notch. In short, a total hit; Rasasi has some excellent fragrances.

  • It has the Le Male Elixir DNA, but highlights that tobacco note a bit more and adds chocolate. It’s a perfume that is dense in the opening, and when you smell it, you know it will last, and it does. In the dry-down, it will keep reminding you that it’s still there.

Gold, chocolate, and sweet mint. The opening of Hawas Elixir starts with a prominent mint note, very evident in the first few seconds after spraying. It’s a sweet, fresh, and sparkling mint that at times can recall the opening of Le Male EDT, even Versace Eros, although here the sensation is a bit creamier and more enveloping. However, in the air, the fragrance acquires a completely different nuance: a delicious chocolate accord appears that dominates practically the entire life of the perfume. This chocolate facet intertwines with a soft, gourmand vanilla, creating a warm, appetising, and clearly youthful aura. It’s not a clone of Le Male Elixir, but rather an inspiration, where the dry tobacco of the original is replaced by this sweet chocolate, making it more accessible and even more youthful. As hours pass, the mint volume decreases a bit, but if you put your nose close, the greenery is still felt. Nevertheless, I reiterate: in the air, what is most felt is the chocolate. As for performance, longevity on skin is very good, but where it really shines is on fabrics: clothes where I’ve sprayed it still smell almost as freshly applied even a week later. It works extraordinarily well on fabrics. Projection during the first hour is notable; in fact, if you overdo the sprays, it can become overwhelming. However, after that initial phase, it drops considerably and settles into a personal bubble, more intimate and less invasive. The atomiser is excellent, dispenses plenty of liquid, and allows very good control over application. Additionally, the bottle is pretty, has good presence, and, to top it off, the perfume is very cheap for what it offers. Due to its youthful gourmand character, its simple yet effective structure, and its sweet-chocolate-aromatic profile, Hawas Elixir works optimally in casual settings and cooler seasons, especially in autumn. It doesn’t aim to be sophisticated, but rather sensorially pleasing, and in that purpose, it succeeds handsomely.

  • If you want a Le Male Elixir at a more economical price and for more versatile use, go for this Hawas. If you know that DNA, you’ll love this; I think this fragrance goes straight for the dry-down of the JPG but accompanied by something slightly fresher. This perfume suits everything as it’s not too dense (except for the gym), whereas Le Male is only for cold climates. This is one of those scents you don’t want to stop smelling and the ones that make you stand out wherever you go. For a sweet fragrance, without being cloying, I expected a bit more performance: nearly seven hours on skin, an hour and a half of projection and trail, and a 6/10 rating. I think it’s quite strong for the first half-hour, then fades slowly. It’s one of those perfumes that invite you to come closer and smell them. Without a doubt, this Hawas and the CDN Lionhearth are the inspired improvements on JPG. Regards.

  • This perfume gave me fantastic performance from the very first spray. It smells exquisite, a sweet vanilla note that doesn’t leave people unmoved when they smell it on you. From the first day, I received compliments, and I didn’t believe that compliments were real. The first time I wore it, it sparked a conversation with a group of people we barely knew, and we discovered we shared a taste for fragrances. What a good fragrance can do is something I wouldn’t have imagined.

  • Javier Solis

I bought this perfume badly because I purchased it in summer, and it’s truly too sweet, but it’s incredibly rich, smelling of chocolate and mint that left me speechless. Scent: 9/10 (worth noting that I used it in summer). Longevity: 10/10 (it lasts until the next day on my skin). Projection: 8/10 (it projects very well, but using it in summer fatigued me considerably).

  • A very good alternative to Le Male Elixir. Personally, the presentation of Hawas Elixir is even better, with a much simpler design; the bottle literally looks like a gold bar. As for the scent, it’s very similar to Le Male Elixir, but I’d say Hawas is even better: it has a better balance between mint and vanilla, which in my opinion makes it much more versatile and less heavy. The chocolate note is there, but it’s not as intense. As for longevity and projection, Hawas performs much better than Le Male Elixir, even though it’s a much cheaper fragrance. If you want Le Male Elixir, my most sincere recommendation is to buy this one first, as it’s very similar, has superior performance, and is cheaper.

  • My humble opinion. I’m a huge fan of JPG; in fact, I own several (including the aforementioned JPG Le Male Elixir). These Hawas always hit the nail on the head; I’m also a fan of Hawas (I own every one that has reached my country). In this case, the Elixir is 90% similar in the opening and 95% in the dry-down. Fantastic fragrance. Longevity exceeds eight hours, lasting two days on clothes, with a trail of around two hours. Incredible quality in the materials used. Having said that, is it worth buying JPG thinking it’s worth three times more? No, it’s not worth it. This Hawas does its job without falling behind.

  • I bought it today and what a delight. The opening is mentholated and slightly sweet, but as time passes, it dries down to a chocolatey skin scent without losing that mentholated tone. Worn on skin for three hours and projecting like a rocket. Edit: 17 hours later, it’s still on my skin. THE GOLDEN BEAST.

  • On Skin Parfums

Hello, I bought it for about €30 for 100ml a few months ago. To summarise: it’s an inspiration of Jean Paul Le Male Elixir, but with two points less sweetness, one less point of spice, and two more points of ‘freshness’/mint. For me, this way, I like it. The original doesn’t suit me because it’s cloying; even with the original, I’ve received comments like ‘pff, you smell very sweet, it’s sickening’. In contrast, with this one, I’ve received compliments and no complaints so far. I’ve received compliments as soon as I arrived. On my skin (dry), it lasts about six hours, up to seven. Good projection for the first two hours. It produces olfactory fatigue, watch out. For me, it’s more masculine than feminine. I recommend it if you like that twist. I wouldn’t buy it again given what I already have in my collection. Best regards.

  • I don’t know the original (JPG), but this smells delicious and sexy. I wore it to a bar at night; it projected for two and a half hours and then stayed with me all night. I liked its sweet side, but the finish left a somewhat bitter part (I don’t know what it was, but it smelled like bitter chocolate); it wasn’t unpleasant, but for my taste, it’s not the best part. I recommend it 100% for performance and scent. You’ll surely get compliments.

  • Lenin cuello

A sweet scent that doesn’t seem like something from Rasasi, known for its quality, longevity, and projection. I wouldn’t buy or recommend it again; there are better options for that price or by paying a little more for a recognised brand.

  • Great perfume, slightly less sweet than Le Male Elixir, which I also own. Very good projection for the first two or three hours, good longevity, works well in cold weather. Excellent value for money.

  • Emmanuel_Santos

One could say Hawas Elixir is the most versatile JPG Le Male Elixir inspiration made to date. I’ve used it for four months to go to the office in a suit, and although I bought it for nights out, it adapts incredibly well. That fresh vanilla, not cloying, combined with bitter chocolate, gives it an elegance the JPG lacks. It lasts up to 12 hours on my skin; it’s a beast in longevity, performance, and projection. Very well made, excellent price, buy blind. Of the JPG Le Male Elixir inspirations, it’s the one that deviates the most, but in a very positive way.

  • Juan Pablo Melgoza Maldon

Every time I use it, it conquers me more. 🥰 I highly recommend it. Upon leaving, you notice the freshness of mint and bergamot with a touch of lavender, faithful to the JPG DNA. As it evolves, the chocolate appears and integrates. Then the bergamot fades and the mint moves to the background, uniting lavender and chocolate with the benzoin to create a sweet and spicy aroma. Finally, vanilla, tonka bean, and clean musk balance the sweetness. The chocolate and benzoin remain in the base, giving it body. It’s a compliment magnet that pleases both men and women. Perfect for casual outings in the cold or at night; it feels masculine and attractive. Of all the Elixir inspirations, this is my favourite. The original (OG) sometimes gives me a headache because it’s overwhelming and lacks that balancing musk. It’s not an exact clone; it’s a very successful ‘twist’ that makes it more versatile and easy to enjoy.

  • Honest opinion: as a fan but not an expert, it smells almost identical to the JPG. Perhaps Hawas has a tiny bit more freshness, but the difference is minimal. Is it a clone? Maybe. But on my skin, this one outlasts the JPG in longevity. If you like that DNA and don’t want to pay for marketing, I recommend it 100%.

  • Clean and elegant vanilla, what a beast of a fragrance. Ideal for winter or cold days; I prefer it to the JPG. The chocolate note (instead of honey) gives it a creamier, richer scent.

  • gercabrera_

Better than the original Elixir; they’ve removed the honey that made it heavy, replacing it with a subtle chocolate note that makes it lighter and more wearable. I already owned the Elixir and sold it because I felt suffocated by that honey and its density. I believe Hawas is more palatable for the majority.
