  • What a delightful fragrance: eccentric, sophisticated, unique, a true gem. The Cambodian and Indian oud notes give this marvel its personality. For what it costs and offers, it’s a real experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to those just starting in the world of oud, because unlike other proposals, there are two types of oud here, and if your nose isn’t familiar with it, it could be a disappointment for beginners. However, it’s an incredible olfactory experience; the blend of citrus and oud is risky, but here nothing clashes. The trail is moderate to heavy, with incredible longevity; hours on the skin and clothes can last days. The projection is also very good, and compliments will follow. I give it a 10 out of 10.

  • I have to try it. Although the content is important, perhaps it is the most beautiful bottle in the world. It’s elegant without being tacky or excessive. I’ll edit this once I get a sample, haha.

I loved the combination, though I was expecting more power, something livelier and with more spark.

  • 🧐 What can I say? There’s a lot to tell, but the key word is ‘sophisticated’. At first, the oud dominates for just a few seconds, and some comments say it smells like fresh meat or poo, which isn’t my experience; it’s a bit animalic but passes quickly. Soon the citrus notes come out and blend perfectly with the oud, adding elegance and freshness. It’s novel and sure to turn heads; it’s nothing like a common smell. I’m absolutely delighted with Asrar Indonesia. It was my first fragrance from Rasasi’s Al Boruzz line, which led me to explore the rest of their range. The only downside is they’re hard to come by, and when you do find them, the price is very high.

  • Spectacular. Challenging opening, but after 15 minutes it transforms into a wood and citrus fragrance of the highest quality.

  • I bought this on a whim after watching YouTube reviews and reading the official notes. The opening with those two ouds is quite challenging, but within 15-20 minutes the citrus notes emerge to create a delightful woody blend. I find it incredibly versatile for everyday wear and it smells good on everyone.

  • I bought it blind based on YouTube reviews and the listed notes. I loved it from the first spray: a challenging opening thanks to the two ouds, followed by 15-20 minutes where the citrus notes emerge to create a delicious blend with the woods. I see it as super versatile for everyday wear, a scent that everyone seems to enjoy.

  • An absolute bombshell… I wasn’t expecting something so powerful or so challenging, but it caught me off guard. It’s a gem that could easily become my signature scent. Rasasi gets a 10 from me for this one.

Honestly, I perceive faecal notes, but it settles well because it has another sweet note, like a medium-high quality hair conditioner. The truth is it’s good, it has its own DNA, but it doesn’t kill. =

It’s a delight. It opens very animalic due to the oud, which is dirty and faecal, very similar to Burgas. What I like is that it avoids the classic oud-rose combination and instead opts for a citrus blend that tames the intensity of the oud, making it more wearable. Very versatile, in my opinion. It’s the only oud I don’t hesitate to wear when it’s hot. Ideal for those of us living in places where the cold lasts only three months. That’s why it’s one of my favourites. That said, if you don’t like animalic oud or aren’t used to it, test it before buying. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey, but it’s worth it.

It’s a delight. It opens very animalic due to the oud; it’s a dirty, faecal oud, very similar to Burgas. What I like is that it moves away from the oud-rose combo and bets on citrus notes that reduce the intensity, making it more wearable. Very versatile and the only oud that you won’t have to think twice about wearing when it’s hot. Very useful for those of us living in countries where the cold lasts at most three months. That’s why it’s one of my favourites. Note, if you don’t like animalic oud, test it first. The only downside is that it’s expensive, but it’s worth it.

Oud here, oud there, the perfect perfume does exist: 11/10 with everyone’s permission. Super masculine, nothing unisex, only for men. Simply the best Rasasi perfume.

  • It has a citrus opening with animalic oud that reminds me of a leather tannery with metallic touches, but it’s not unpleasant; it’s like horse saddle leather with lemon. It settles leaving a high-quality oud. It’s strong, quite masculine, and yes, it smells faecal, so it’s not for every nose, but I see it as wearable all year round. Longevity of 9 hours.

The golden beast… It doesn’t clone anyone and gives you everything a perfume can offer: distinction, impact, and emotion.

I bought it with high expectations and, upon testing it on my arm, it was a pleasant surprise: an oud with character from the start. The animal and slightly faecal note of authentic oud is noticeable, confirming its quality. At the same time, there are citrus notes with a fresh lemon touch that balances everything. It reminded me of Invisible But Cool by Ramón Monegal, but with more depth thanks to the oud. It’s outstanding, collection-worthy, and surprisingly wearable. Its evolution is harmonious and refined, ideal for those seeking an accessible yet sophisticated oud.

  • First review on Fragrantica and my nose isn’t quite ready yet. I bought a decant on the promise of a natural, refined oud. On the opening, it does smell like those faecal notes everyone talks about (I recall Tom Ford Oud Wood didn’t have that and is much easier to wear). As it dries down, it becomes an old smell, like a trench coat stored away in a grandmother’s wardrobe for years. For now, I’ll keep it in the cupboard; I’m not sure what situation to use it in, but perhaps I’ll appreciate its complexity in the future.
