Of all the leather scents I know, this one is different. At first, it smells of fine Italian leather shoes, distinct from Tom Ford and its peers. It features a very realistic leather base, layered with floral notes and a soft, pleasant oud; it is noticeable but not overpowering. After a while, I detect a woody and green undertone, perhaps from vetiver and patchouli, but the essence remains leather, flowers and oud. The result is spectacular: elegant, striking yet not brash, like a high-end Hi-Fi system. Recommended for leather enthusiasts, ideal for special occasions, day or night, in cooler seasons. You won’t forget it. Scent 9/10, Sillage 8.5/10, Longevity 8/10, Projection 8.5/10. Give it a try, you’ll love it.
Hello to all perfume lovers! I adore oud and leather fragrances; I already own Oud for Greatness, Acqua di Parma Leather and Cuir de Élite, which are top-tier. However, Floris Leather Oud leaves me cold: it smells of matchstick powder, lacks sillage and projection, and its longevity is non-existent. I bought it blindly, trusting reviews from an online shop in Madrei Isolée. I cannot recommend it; avoid it at all costs.
