Descripción
Hawas Kobra by Rasasi is an oriental woody fragrance for men. This creation, launched in 2025, unfolds a scent pyramid where the top notes combine ginger, bergamot and tangerine orange; the heart reveals cinnamon, green tea and neroli; and the base settles on musk, woody notes and amber.

The Imagination DNA is my favourite and I like this one sweeter. It reminded me of Rome Imagine by Bharara, but with much better quality (Rome smells of plastic). I’m waiting for the Marwa from Arabiyat Prestige, but for now my favourite is Aqua Dubai.
It reminds me very much of LV Imagination. For me, it’s the best dupe so far: it has good longevity, durability equal to or greater than the original, and good sillage at an accessible price. I love it!
It’s not the closest to Imagination; that title still goes to Game of Spades Full House. It also doesn’t have the best performance; that’s Aqua Dubai. Hawas Kobra has a sweeter, spicier twist, but it arrives late to the party. It beats Exclusive Azure Fantasy and Rome Imagine, but there are better options if you want to collect.
I haven’t tried Imagination, but I decided on this one and it was a hit. Not because the scent is my absolute favourite, but because it smells good and saves me money. It lasts over 8 hours, even on clothes, smells clean and fresh for a relaxed outing. I’ve already received compliments, so it’s a good choice for an afternoon with friends.
I don’t understand the criticism; Kobra has its own charm. The opening is potent but after 40 minutes it smells spectacular. It has brutal projection and incredible longevity. For the price, especially if you catch it at $40, it’s a total hit.
I bought it for the sun and got it right. Although it’s not declared, it smells of soap and detergent, which I love. It lasts until midnight and people ask if I’ve reapplied. Projection isn’t as noticeable to others, but I can smell it all day. It will be my signature for a while.
Compared to Aqua Dubai, they share that bitter, lemony citrus opening, but here the note is tripled and I didn’t like it. I prefer other Imagination dupes, so don’t buy it blind.
Perfect for sunny days, though it can feel heavy if it’s very hot. The citrus is very noticeable and it’s unisex, with that spicy touch that makes it interesting. I recommend it if you’re seeking something fresh and masculine.
Ideal for extreme heat, it lasts a treat and smells of tea and soap. It has that LV Imagination DNA, but in the air it’s 90% identical, so if you’re looking for something fresh and potent for daily wear, this is your option.
Aroma with marked notes of neroli, tangerine, and ginger: fresh, vibrant, and perfect for this infernal city heat of 36 degrees (feeling like 40 due to humidity) where I live. The longevity, in early tests, is in godmode. I usually have bad luck because my pH evaporates perfumes quickly, but this surprised me: I used it mid-day, went to the gym, and even after showering, the neroli was still perceptible, faint but present. If it withstands those conditions, on a normal day it must last quite a while. If you’re not an ultra-demanding purist, it’s a blind buy, 100% recommended, especially if you find it between $43 and $55. I’m writing this review without having had Imagination in my collection.
Tested against Aqua Dubai: they share that citrusy, soapy opening, but the citronella note here is very marked and I didn’t like it. If you don’t want to take a risk, don’t buy it blind.
KOBRA HAWAS! Let me warn you: maximum 4 sprays on clothes; it lasts a week. Very honestly: for my taste, it’s synthetic, but I think the price justifies the materials. It’s a rich synthetic that reminds me of LV and you won’t overspend.
Smells like mothballs.
It’s striking, citrusy, and potent with great projection. I put it on in the morning and could still smell it in the afternoon, 10/10 on performance. The aroma is strange: at first, it gives a Coca-Cola sensation, then soapy, green, and citrusy. In the dry down, it’s a soft, masculine caress; it improves 1 or 2 points up close but maintains its soapy performance. It’s not a blind buy, but it’s masculine and will attract attention. I’ll continue testing it; I think it’s a solid 7.5/10 pending maceration.
The perfume is a marvel. Fresh, citrusy, ideal for summer day or night but informal. I haven’t smelled Imagination, but this Hawas Kobra reminds me a lot of Dior Homme Sport from 2008, which I use quite a bit. If you’re looking for something fresh for summer, nothing heavy, and super long-lasting, this is it.
Honestly, I had been looking for a long time for a perfume with the DNA of Imagination, something unique yet normal. Since I tried Imagination, I knew it would be my signature, and Hawas has achieved it. I’ve tried many dupes, but none like this. I would describe it as a younger Imagination, but much more potent and noticeable by everyone. The first 3 or 4 hours it projects a strong, similar Imagination, but after 8 hours, the tea and citrus scent transforms into something unique, woody and spicy, warm yet fresh. I didn’t expect that longevity; I never thought a soapy and fresh scent could last 10-12 hours on skin. One of the few with such good value for money. Perhaps it isn’t the closest dupe (90-95% in my opinion), but the twist it gives is unique and Rasasi did not disappoint. It will be my signature for a long time.
Spectacular fragrance. It has a well-defined citrus opening and then mutates until it becomes perfect. After 10 hours, I was still giving compliments.
Any difference with Full House? Full House has a better balance and a more pleasant opening where the synthetic notes are barely noticeable. In Hawas Kobra, the opening is more immediate and generally more synthetic. But be aware, in real life no one notices these differences. The price of Kobra is brutal compared to Full House (saving over $30). If you have the means and don’t mind spending, go for Full House. If you want to save money and seek an Imagination dupe, Kobra is your option.
Soapy, clean, elegant and citrusy scent. This is a bomb! It’s fantastic. One of the best from Hawas. Good longevity. Better than Full House.
Although I haven’t tried Imagination, this perfume is very good; I can’t imagine how the original is. It lasts and projects brilliantly, easily over 10 hours. The opening hits you with citrus, a clean touch, and above all, spice. In the dry down, what dominates is the spice; it can be strong at first but fades over time, revealing notes of cinnamon, green tea, and it feels soapy again. Although it’s fresh, I recommend a maximum of 5 sprays; it’s potent and if you overdo it, it can be annoying.
Has become my favourite fragrance. Very rich notes, a sense of quality. The scent is excellent; combined with the longevity, it’s perfect for any occasion, though I’d recommend it for semi-formal or smart casual wear.
I never understood how such a citrusy, soapy, fresh scent lasts so long. I use it daily for training (at this price, I go through one every two months) and walk onto the tatami happiest, knowing I smell like I just stepped out of the shower and that the scent sticks, for sure. Wonderful.
I haven’t tried Imagination, but I have worn Full House. How do they differ? FH boasts that exquisite, energising ginger opening. Kobra is more citrusy and green, slightly sweeter, with the ginger perceptible but toned down. I expected something closer to Full House. Kobra isn’t a bad perfume, but it was a blind buy I wouldn’t repeat.
I’ve had it for a month; I also have Aqua Dubai and they are nothing alike; the latter is more soapy and soft. I liked this new Hawas, but its ginger opening is so potent it overwhelms my nose; I apply it on shoulders and nape, nothing on the chest. It’s closer to the LV version than the Al Haramain one and lasts hours and hours, being fresh. Compliments: yes, several; several colleagues asked me about it. Would I buy it again? I think not, as I have many perfumes and can’t finish them all. Scent: 8, Versatility: 8, Projection: 8, Longevity: 9, Total: 8 (recommended). Greetings from Córdoba.
Finally, a dupe for the Imagination line with nuclear performance.
Extremely potent for such a fresh scent; you can smell it wherever you go, much like the Hawas, which project well. Performance and attitude are excellent; it’s loved by some and hated by others. I consider it a 👌 perfume that lasts 8 hours on skin and much longer on clothes.
Absolute top tier from Rasasi. Nothing to object to.
It’s one of the many 1:1 clones of Imagination. I don’t get the hype: it smells like black tea and lemon Nestea. It projects well, lasts long, and delivers for a fraction of the price, but it doesn’t feel sophisticated to me. Very synthetic. Kobra, Imagination, Marwa… the DNA is cheap. Once the citrus fades, you’re left with ambroxan and fake black tea.
Of the three Imagination dupes I own, this is the one that truly lives up to its performance. It may have some twists, but what people forget is that it’s a dupe. If you want it to smell exactly like the original, buy the original. If you’re looking for a similar DNA with great performance, this is the best.
The first two times I wore it, the tea note felt too dominant and wasn’t really my thing, but on the third wear, once it had dried down, I noticed that clean, creamy musk I was looking for; I suppose it’s just the olfactory adaptation. The longevity isn’t beastly, lasting around 6-7 hours with acceptable projection. Good value for the price.
I was keen to try it because it’s a clean, soapy type. The opening is so potent that one drop on a garment flooded my room and I couldn’t sleep; I had to open the window. You can detect the ginger; it’s addictive, more potent and social than Aqua Dubai but equally incredible. Later on, a pink note emerges and it still smells great. Lasts 5-6 hours on skin (2 sprays projecting heavily), though on clothes it lasts days. Try it first on skin or buy a decant. Suitable for 20 years and up. Great perfume for the price; I give it 9/10.
I bought it blindly and was pleasantly surprised by the good smell; it’s fresh and clean. I put on seven drops to go to uni and made a grave mistake; the trail is enormous and it smells very strong. I recommend it, but don’t overdo it: two or three drops are enough.
I’m absolutely blown away. I bought Imagination and this Hawas Kobra almost at the same time to alternate between them. I love having the original and a good dupe. Imagination is finer and more elegant, but this Hawas Kobra has me hooked. It’s not the closest dupe, but it shares the same vibe. It’s rougher and less refined, yet it has something: it walks in saying ‘here I am, smelling like you’re dying’. That rough, carefree side is what captivates me. With an unbeatable price, I don’t even need to mention it. It’s become my favourite for everyday wear, even though I own more than 90 perfumes.
Long-lasting with strong projection. The aroma is soapy with a touch of ginger (like blue Zote soap), giving the sensation of being impeccable. Very good for everyday wear in the heat.
I tested it in Pinamar: one drop on the arm and a handkerchief over it. Absolute madness; it projects green tea and feels luxurious. Clean scent, classy for a man, perfect for heading to work with a white t-shirt. Projects well without being overwhelming and has a great trail.
There are perfumes that make you feel good and you think you’re radiating park aura, but nobody stops to ask what you’re wearing. The answer is simple: you don’t have Hawas Kobra, brother. What a scent, one of those that doesn’t seek complications but results. The day I wore it to work, I received three compliments in a row from girls who don’t usually flatter my scents; they said I smell rich, not just pleasant. This scent generates impressive reactions. It is to my liking and it is my duty to exhort every man who reaches here to get one; afterwards, they will thank me. Thanks!
A reviewer said that 212 by Carolina Herrera smelled like ‘radioactive grass’. That’s what I thought with Kobra: a green citrus so shrill it’s right at the limit of being a cleaning product. I still don’t know if I like it or not, but despite everything, I can’t stop smelling it.
To be honest: it’s the worst thing I’ve ever smelled. The opening is a disgusting citrusy cleaning product scent, and the dry-down is green tea that literally smells like Pravia Hay Soap (old man vibes). DO NOT BUY BLINDLY. If you want to smell like that, buy it, but if not, run away.
Its reputation precedes it and it is rich. Strong opening of ginger and citrus, be careful not to overdo it, but the dry-down is magic: a well-worked neroli that faintly recalls baby cologne, combined with tea to be super fresh and wearable. Sometimes it was overwhelming; I recommend letting it mature a bit. Spoiler: it doesn’t resemble Aqua Dubai at all; this is sparkling and herbal, whereas Dubai is soapy and linear. This is more for nights out. Both are excellent, but if you’re looking for an Imagination dupe, Kobra wins on the tea note. Top-tier duration and projection, like the Hawas line. Happy with the purchase, highly recommended. Be careful with sprays and let it mature.
Highly recommended for everyday wear. It’s inspired by LV’s Imagination but, in my opinion, outshines it in several ways, especially regarding price.
