  This superb fragrance is enchanting. The final result of its exquisite aroma is a blend of soft vanilla with the delight of marzipan and pink candies wrapped in a scented tissue for that powdery baby cleaning freshness. Although the fragrance is officially marketed for men, its gourmand scent makes it delicious for both him and her.

  Very sweet, pure marzipan. It reminds me of Kenzo Flower for its sweet heliotrope but is much cloying, with more almond and less violet.

  Heliotrope Blanc: Opening: An intense note of talc and sweet almonds accompanied by soft heliotrope and violets (absence of orange blossom). Heart: The heliotrope, talc, and almond notes prevail (the almond becomes more powdery), while an iris note appears in the background (absence of mimosa). Dry down: To the previous notes is added a rice-like (rather floury) note, and a very clean musk (no tonka bean or benzoin). Projection and longevity: Its projection lasts around 4-5 hours, and on the skin it endures without issue for over 8 hours. Conclusion: Heliotrope Blanc is very similar in its dry down to Le Regent (from this same house, Oriza L. Legrand), as both feature almond and talc notes, but without those rich sweet resins or the slight leather base note that Le Regent possesses, making Heliotrope Blanc much more powdery (due partly to its iris and heliotrope notes) and sweet. If you enjoy powdery, sweet fragrances with that post-shower sense of cleanliness, this is an ideal option.
