A green, crisp fragrance, top quality as at the Gres house. Although they focused on the feminine, what they did for men is worth it. Perhaps it isn’t the most original, but it smells so natural and well-blended that it’s worth it. The opening is super fresh, green due to basil and petit grain, not from sour citrus. It leaves a final trail of leather with sweet touches of sandalwood and amber. Very wearable, without seeming outdated or following current trends. It smells like perfumery from before, with recognisable, quality ingredients. A pleasure to discover jewels that never had the success they deserved.

The greenest scent I own, smelling of freshly cut grass and pure chlorophyll. You can detect the oakmoss and that basil, quite a bit of petit grain. It’s rough and masculine, but not for everyone; only for mature noses, as it might cause discomfort in a younger person.
