  Italian Citrus promises sparkling, slightly sweet citrus at the start, with a balanced musky base and hints of leather, but it evolves into something animalic as the musks dominate the other notes, losing that initial Italian and elegant identity. It’s not a bad fragrance, but within the genre, I prefer Memo. If you’re looking for novelty in citrus with a distinct musky character, give it a try. I see it as more masculine, suitable for warm and temperate climates with good performance. I’d recommend trying other scents from the brand first. Rating: 6/10.

  I absolutely loved it! Citrus that doesn’t smell like window cleaner, with a refined, woody, and white base that is very crisp. A pity about the price, but it made me feel good—fresh, juicy, clean, and elegant. They aim to recreate the scent of chinotto, that Italian bitter orange aperitif, and this is their vision of Italy. A bitter, citrusy aperitif. Simply brilliant.

  It isn’t as fresh or sparkling as the name suggests; the leather note mutes the citrus from the very beginning. Don’t believe the hype that it’s the fragrance of the year. Try a vial before buying the bottle. I found it bland and unremarkable, nothing memorable. If you don’t already own it, you’re missing nothing.
