David Seth Moltz is a unique and unconventional perfumer who breaks away from the traditional heritage of European perfumery. With musical training and no formal training in perfumery, David is a genuine pioneer in the industry. Alongside his wife, Kavi Durga, he co-founded the house D.S. & Durga in 2008, based in Brooklyn, creating scents that tell stories of unusual landscapes and forgotten tales.

His perfumes bear witness to his unorthodox approach, capturing the essence of specific moments in time and space. For example, his fragrance El Cosmico, created for a caravan camp and tipis in the remote high desert of West Texas, perfectly captures the essence of the area.
