Grapefruit Generation is pure bitter, spiced, and rough grapefruit, with great naturalness but little evolution; however, it offers excellent performance for a fresh scent. Occasionally it takes on a woody, gin-like base. The neroli lends a special creaminess without making it floral or beachy. I like it—it’s quality with interesting nuances, but compared to options like Vetiver Pamplemousse or Light Blue Forever, it may fall short on price. Ideal for warm climates, unisex, and relaxed wear; I believe DS & Durga deserves to be known if you enjoy grapefruit. Rating: 7/10
