  It’s a fresh scent, with a mentholated touch perhaps due to the coriander, which gives it a very pleasant twist. The trail and longevity are excellent. It’s not my absolute favourite, as I prefer sweeter fragrances, but for formal occasions or the office, it’s a perfect choice.

  It’s a fresh scent, feels slightly mentholated, perhaps due to the coriander note, giving it a very pleasant special touch. The sillage and longevity are excellent. It’s not the type of scent I entirely enjoy, as I prefer sweet ones, but for a formal situation or going to the office, it’s a perfect option.

  A youthful scent, sweet by nature and kind for those days when you don’t know what to wear. Ideal for late afternoon and evening in spring, in temperate weather, and if possible, not too hot. Like all Joop, it performs well and is cheap.

  Considering the price, it’s very good, though it doesn’t stand out in any particular way. In short, it offers good value for money, suits almost everything (leaning towards formal wear), and the longevity is acceptable. If you’re looking for something versatile and affordable that won’t break the bank, it’s ideal. My opinion has improved over time: it smells great and lasts a long time on the skin; some more expensive brands can’t even come close. Its advantage is versatility, it smells nice, and everyone will like it. The downside is it lacks something special; with this perfume, nothing extraordinary happens. It’s very fresh, sweet with a spicy hint, appealing to wear for a good smell and take everywhere. Perfect for daily use, economical, and won’t offend anyone. I’d rate it 7 for scent and 9 for value for money.

In short, good value for money, it serves for practically everything (leaning towards formal) and the longevity is acceptable. It serves for everything but doesn’t stand out. If you’re someone who uses one perfume for everything and doesn’t want to spend much, I think it’s ideal. That opinion is from a while ago; it has improved quite a bit: it’s a very good smell and lasts a long time on the skin. For the price it has, it’s very good; there are more expensive brands and this one gives them a thousand turns. The advantage is that it’s very versatile, smells good and everyone will like it. The disadvantage is that it lacks something special… with this perfume, that doesn’t happen; it’s very fresh, slightly sweet with a very appetising spice touch that makes it smell good and take it everywhere. It’s ideal for daily wear, economical and smells very well without offending anyone. I give it a 7 for scent and a 9 for value for money.

  I recently picked up a 30ml bottle from the Lancaster era. I like it, but I can’t find the optimal temperature to enjoy it. The pillars are, in my view, heliotrope and tonka. The grapefruit might be noticeable at first, but it doesn’t stand out. It’s sweet, very powdery and linear. Clearly informal, childish (as someone put it), with excellent longevity and moderate projection. However, as I said, I still haven’t found when it performs best; I can only say I don’t recommend it for summer; its sweetness ends up becoming overwhelming in the heat. I’ll keep testing until I find the optimal moment.

In my view, the core notes are heliotrope and tonka; the bergamot is noticeable at first but doesn’t stand out. It’s very sweet, almost talc-like, with a linear development. Clearly informal and youthful, with good longevity and moderate projection. Although I’m still searching for the perfect moment, I wouldn’t recommend it for summer; its sweetness becomes overwhelming in the heat.

  I remember using it back in 2005 when I started working. It’s incredible how a scent can transport you to certain moments. It has a soft trail, powdery for warm climates. You can smell the grapefruit and heliotrope. Excellent for the office. It wasn’t a beast, but the feeling was very pleasant. I’ll try to get hold of it again to remember those years.

It has a soft sillage, is talc-like, and perfect for warm climates. You can detect the bergamot and heliotrope. Excellent for the office. It wasn’t a beast mode, but the feeling was very pleasant. I’ll try to get hold of it again to remember those years of my life.

  If you can find it, buy it now because it’s being discontinued and prices are rising. It’s a gem that brings back good memories. What a rich, nothing-complicated fragrance. It’s more of a Fougère with exquisite aquatic and herbal notes; you can taste every ingredient: the heliotrope is very present and elegant, while the rosemary, coriander and vetiver add beauty and punch. I detect a marine note that sometimes reminds me of Cool Water. It stays fixed on skin and even more on clothes. 8 to 10 hours.

Four sprays are more than enough; it doesn’t smell much on clothes, but on skin… ufff, easy 12 hours. 100% recommended, I bought it a few days ago and didn’t even realise it had been out since 2005. I’m 29.

  Jump! by Joop: I wasn’t holding out much hope; I remember ‘What About Adam’ giving me the shivers years ago. I picked it up for everyday wear without any events, snagging 200ml for just $21. What a surprise! It’s powdery yet fresh, bursting with rosemary and grapefruit right out of the bottle, followed by very pleasant sweet notes. It’s not a beast in terms of longevity or a heavy trail (nor did I expect that for the price), but it lasts about two hours leaving a soapy, clean scent. It’s standard, but for the price, it’s a safe buy. UPDATE FEBRUARY 2026: A friend asked for it, so I gifted him almost a full bottle. My seven-year-old son absolutely loved it and would sneak it to use, so I bought two 100ml bottles, one for me and one for him. He was thrilled and said he’d start his own collection. Rating: 8/10.
