I have the version with the rounder bottle and dark brown box. In Italian perfumeries there are semi-known gems like this. It’s a classic, tremendously modern, created by a nose of all respects (Buxton) who surpasses many current proposals in quality, longevity and price. It smells delicious, natural, citrus-spiced with woody and talc-like touches. The bourbon geranium is impressive; everything goes in harmony creating elegance, neatness and uncommon masculinity. High level, fine and charismatic, it will leave you speechless with its longevity and trail. Perfect for evening and almost all year round. Applause.

  • This perfume is a beast. A gift from Jerry Drake, a blessed detail. In its category, regarding quality, price and longevity, it has no rival. It’s a classic citrus with a woody and soapy base, very similar to Armani L’Eau or YSL Pour Homme. What a pity it’s not more known outside Italy. It smells very Italian, clean, elegant and mature (without being old). It’s a pleasure to wear it always: fresh in summer and cosy in winter. So easy to wear that its only flaw is that the bottle runs out very quickly. Natural, well-composed, it could be the perfect citrus. Top performance. A must-have.

  • A very good recommendation from Jerry Drake. I tried it out today in a storm and it looks spectacular. Drying down in this weather, it reveals an earthy base that reminds me a lot of Narciso Rodriguez for Him, although they don’t share notes. As a good Italian perfume, it is neat, discreet and elegant. Very versatile for spring and autumn, ideal for the office, meetings or dinners with friends, a true all-rounder.

It’s interesting, long-lasting and rich. I see it more for men aged 30 and above, quite manly. It’s a soapy citrus from the 90s, Italian, which brings me nostalgia of when I was a child, a scent that never fades. I only see it for evenings or nights in summer or spring with a shirt on.

  • I picked this up via Jerry Drake and I’ve enjoyed it. It smells like fresh soap, lemon-type. To me, it’s linear, but the citrus note gives just the right sparkle to that soapy base, which is classic and mature without being old-fashioned. As I don’t know other soaps to compare it to, I can’t say for sure, but what I do notice is that it smells 100% natural. For the price, I expected something more synthetic or alcoholic, but it’s fine. It’s an all-rounder: it’s always good to feel fresh and clean.

  • I picked it up via Jerry Drake and I’ve liked it quite a bit. I would define this fragrance as fresh soap… or lemon soap. To my nose, it’s quite linear, but I like that the citrus part persists; it gives light to the soapy side (besides the fact that I love citrus). That soapy part feels classic and mature, though not outdated. I don’t have much experience with soapy scents to compare, but I do note that the bottle mimics the Dolce&Gabbana Pour Homme 1994; now I’m curious to try it. The best thing is that it feels totally natural. For the price, I wouldn’t be surprised if it felt more synthetic or alcoholic, but it’s nothing like it. An all-rounder fragrance, because it’s never a bad time to feel fresh and clean.
